    Excellent Analysis "TJ Texan"

It is not that I disagree with Meatloaf about the Non Pro or Semi Pro Scene down here, it is that I think I am going about life here in a different circle than him and thus get to view a little different segment of Managua than he does. This is probably due to my having lived here basically for 2 years, and having gotten to know quite a few people in the community, from former Sandinista Guerillas to former candidates for president and workers in the maquilas. As well as working and having to deal with all kinds of other business and industries as well as professionals

I also have spent all but 8 years out of 41 living and working in Latin America and carry Mexican citizenship, and speak not only fluent spanish but completely native Mexican spanish (there is a difference between all the countries). And yes I am 100% anglo, not a drop of hispanic blood in these veins. I think this gives me an insight into the daily every day life scene that goes on with the tiny middle and upper class that exists in Managua and to a lesser extent in the rest of Nicaragua. My Spanish and my experience in Latin America get me accepted as a "non-gringo" very, very quickly and that is a plus.

Meatloaf is dead on 120% correct that most of the un-attached women you will meet in Managua or Nicaragua are looking for something, either monetary, immigration wise or just a paid good time, but hey that is the way it is anywhere that I have been. Big difference here is that it is immediate for the most part and almost hand to mouth from the get go. I think Meatload sees this daily and that has led him to really be, and jaded is not the correct word, but I would say conclusively mind made up about Nicaragua.

Now, some of my experiences and what my opinion is. You can surely go out and pick up Non-pros that will hook up with you rather quickly. They are a minority, and they are a little elusive, but they are surely there and they range in ages from the late teens to the late 40's. The big lynch pin in this is where and when and a little how?

Where:.In Managua, The Zona Viva area of Gallerias (The Reef, the sportsbar there, Moods, ), other night clubs such as Hippa Hippa and the Shaman. To a very lesser extent the Casinos. TGI Fridays on Thurs-Sun as well as the Hippos and other resturants. To lesser extent and to a lower class discos such as Matrix (next to the star city casino) and some of the places in Bello Horizonte. You are apt to run into Semi-Pro's there that are quicker on the deal making than the other places.

When:.Thursday through Sunday, on any of those given nights they will be out. Also the big "classy" disco here, named Moods has a "Ladies Night" on Wenesday nights and there is lots of women all shapes and sizes and ages. Saturdays and Sundays in Grenada and around some of the beaches, you can also locate pockets of the Non-Pros that will be out in about.

Who:.You will meet women ranging from the ages of about 20 to about 40-44. These woman, if I had to guesstimate, will probably have a remotely attached worthless boyfriend that they sometimes see but is too cheap to be out with them, thus they are solo. They will be earning between $600 to $2000 USD per month, at a variety of jobs I. E. Sales, call centers, tourism, Free Zones/maquilas, banks etc. About 50% will be single mothers and or divorced. About 40% will have some drama in their lives and carry some baggage, like legal problem in the US, former addiction, substance problem, just outright crazier than a shithouse rat.

-Thus they are not poor and they are educated and if they escaped getting tied in with a Nicaraguan loser and having a kid, they are enjoying a little of life but know that there are much better things than Nicaragua. They probably travel to the US once to twice a year. They save their money to buy things there and they are somewhat conservative.

The deal:.If you are decent looking and not a mouth breathing freak and have a decent personality, you can usually hook up with these woman and it is very possible to do so on the first night. Remember, you are the safe alternative, you are from out of town, you will treat them well (as Meatloaf points out, pay for things) and hopefully screw them silly and then you are gone and their reputation as a pure as driven snow Managua maiden is intact. If there are sparks and chemistry they will be in touch with you and try to feel you out for something further.

Most of these women are pretty content, at least at the time being, living in Managua and Nicargua, they are not looking to immediately haul ass to the states. They have maids, cooks and such here. If they are single mothers they support network they have cannot be duplicated in the US, unless they marry a really, really rich guy and even then it is not what they are accostomed to.

What I have found is that if you can offer something different to these women, like taking them fishing or SCUBA diving or something that they are not used to or that the loser Nicaraguan men won't do as it requires getting up before 11:00 a. M. , they really dig it.

I work with a bunch of bilingual girls/women from the ages of 26-31, as we have a small customer support service down here. One of them I have an on again off again deal with, but it has gotten more serious than just sex or anything like that. Trust me, she is a single mother with two kids and supports basically 2/3 of her extended family and I would marry her ass in a skinny minute, but right now she will not even committ to a long term or exclusive relationship with me, and financially I could help her out big time and I mean big time.

Anyway, these women will go out about 2 to 4 times a month. About one out of those times they will meet up with a foreigner, either Gringo or from somewhere like Argentina or wherever and about half the time they will do him that same night and or at least by the second dinner date. One chick in our office is doing an Argentinian that is here for two weeks and a Danish backpacker that is here until the end of January, plus she has a Nicaraguan boyfriend.

The woman I have my deal with has a guy that comes and sees her from Miami, she has another married guy that is hopelessly in love with her and she still cats around a bit. She does not want to get married, but you show her a good time that involves something fun aside from drinking in the bars and or something she can do with her kids and she is whirlwind of fun.

Well this has gotten a little disjointed and long.

In closing let me thank Meatloaf for his continued refreshing of Managua and Nicaragua sections, he truly is the resident expert on the deal down here as far as pay for play goes.

    Excellent Report "TJ Texan!"

Like most of my Gringo associates, we get tired of Nicaragua as the more time goes on. To mentally survive here one must travel outside of the country at least every 5 months.

I too have met many business professionals (owners, employees, administrators) and they still want me to pay. This may be due to the fact that I'm involved with finance and advertise my accessibility to international capital. (You guys know I love to talk sh*t.)

It's true that more proficient one's Spanish is, the less "Gringo-association" they will place upon you, at least until they become aggressive.

This year, 2009, I have expanded my circle and will see what the country holds for the non-pro scene, but I'm not too confident. (It still will cost tiresomely, but "hopefully" she'll have a career.) I've tired of the P4P scene 'cause it gets lame after a while, but I'm still committed to the quest for the 3-live in employees.

Thanks for the info "TJ Texan:" Do you every chase the "teenies" in South Padre Island?

    Efficiency in Finding a Sweetheart

I've received PMs from ISG Senior Members who have inquired about the best places to find / meet available ladies for long-term relationships.

For the sake of your time (efficiency) and my time (efficiency) and economic capacity I offer the following:

If you're an individual that does not reside in-country and can't afford to relocate here or choose not to, I suggest the mail order bride route. Computer usage in Nicaragua is extremely limited so forget about finding her on a computer. This includes www.amigos.com:

Check out the mail order sites for www.tlcworldwide.com; Dominican Republic honies; Mexican mail order brides; or www.amor.com. The above referrenced sites will prove a lot more beneficial for your long-term objectives: (1) It provides you a location to meet the girls 'cause it will be hard for you to do so as a tourist in Nicaragua; (2) it allows you to build rapport with her via online; (3) for the same price as a Nicaragua 1-week trip you can travel to another country and already have female prospects; and (4) you will be aware of her "true" motives considering she's a mail order registrant.

Granted, there are lots of frauds and scam regarding photos, but this is still a viable option. And the countries that do market mail order brides have a long-standing relationship with the USA.

The USA-females don't like the idea of a USA-man importing a wife and successfully lobbied to enact "Mail Order Bride" legislation. Do a quick google search and read about the "cock-block" barriers that USA-females placed upon their brethren to keep them / we / you in a castrated position.

Just a suggestion for those that have the motive of getting a Latina for their USA existence.

    One Last Consideration

one last consideration: if you do happen to stumble across some free p*ssy and f*ck her, be prepared for her to ask for some money after your orgasm! although she never said it was for sale; although she never mentioned a price; although you thought she like you- the expectation of a money transfer is always present.

she'll ask you for us $20 or c$500 or maybe taxi fare. don't f*ck a girl unless you're ready to give her the above payment.

if not, be prepared for her to shout "[CodeWord123];" get all those within earshot on her side; the anti-american sentiment to appear; the police to arrive; and your eric volz episode to begin. therefore, be prepared with us $20 to eliminate any and all of these possibilities.

    I don't visit discoteques, so I don't know.

Beware: Caution to those that will befriend you. Nothing, including friendship, is free in Nicaragua! Invitations to other locations are expected to be paid by you, without forewarning. They'll simply say, "No tengo dinero!" Everyone will be hungry and say, "Tengo hambre." If they attempt to order anything immediatlely ask, "¿A Quien es pagando?"

Catholic, but not over-bearing like Mexico! Lots of Bautista, Evangelist, Jehovas Witness, Latter Day Saints. In fact, most Gringos here are here to recruite bodies for Jesus Christ!

Based upon your demographics, I doubt if you get any p*ssy beyond the wh*rehouses, unless you live here for a while and build-up your network. Only after you've lived here for a while, showed your face, and built a nest for some bird and her flock to move into will you get any interest.

Go to the Cristo Rey Hotel like everyone else.

Remember: When the alcohol wears off or you get tired of spending money, the real Nicaragua will present itself. ¡Que Feo (How Ugly!)

In my opinion, for a successful trip do the following: (1) Get drunk and (2) only reside in the wh*rehouses. Any deviation from this itinerary will result in you experiencing a sh*tty vacation. Maybe if you go to San Juan del Sur you can find some Gringas on vacation to f*ck for free. Otherwise, it doesn't look too promising.

    Enjoy.

Managua did seem like one of the poorest cities I have ever been to.
I received you PM, "Illini333," but have not responded as of yet.

Regular girls? Good Luck. If you are an obvious Gringo (ie. white, 40 or 50 years old, broken Spanish, business attire,) then you may get a few girls to notice you. Their motive? Obviously money and citizenship!

Don't be consumed with trying to find regular girls. You'll need to put-in time.

Gringo Places: Good Times, Diamonds, Golden Times, Fenix, MEtroCentro Mall, Galleria Mall.

Anti-American: You never know until 3 or more people team-up on you with words, tone of voice, etcetera.

Taxi Advice: Tell the driver you want "direct service" and that you do not want him to pick-up any additional passengers while you're in the taxi. Offer him C$ 50 (US $2.50) tip for the consideration.

I'm tired of putas (prostitutes) and the money they require. I am too tired of non-pros and the money they require. My option: Rosie Palm.

    Another Streetwalker (SW) Location Revealed

Other ISG Senior Members suggested that I reveal locations so here is one:

Address: Carretera Norte, Enebas, 1 cuadra abajo, mano izquierda.

Daily, between 2- 5 "crackhead-type" wh*res can be found sitting / standing on the street corner. They look really dingy and intoxicated: Chipped nail polish, mis-matched shoes, dirty toe nails, and other "tell tale" signs of street life are present. Their chosen location for turning tricks appears to be within the condemed they loiter near. Within walking distance are "flop houses" for the wh*res to earn their botella del leched (bottle of milk.)

This location is only two (2) blocks removed from el Mercado Oriental.

    Christmas Eve Nicaraguan Style

So they celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve and loaf on Christmas. Christmas Eve celebrations involve most stores closing in the early evening and everyone visiting family. The family visitation involves a dinner and of course alcohol abuse (ie. Nicaraguans getting stupid drunk, falling from motorcycles, hospital visits, and drunke tears being shed by males.)

At approximately 2330 hours the city is a continuous serious of firework explotions: Bottle rockets, firecrackers, M80s, sparklers, and other "Made in China" products. Although lots of "cheap sh*t," (ie. Chinese produced products,) exists in Nicaragua, the fireworks are quality. The fireworks are set ablaze by all on every block and every house. For those that lived here during the war it may remind them of munitions.

Presents (regalos) are exchange, but not at the caliber of North American consumerism. In fact, I found little pressure to purchase gifts for anyone and quality was not important. (After 364 days of asking "the Gringo" for free sh*t I guess they'll give you / me / they a 1-day reprieve!)

In Summary, visiting Nicaragua for Christmas celebrations is not worth the vacation, but the holiday season is "stress free" compared to North America!

P.S. New Years Eve is the same thing as Christmas, but without the regalos.

    Not a Bad Year?

Living with the poverish will expose you to an unlimited amount of requests, trickery, and thievery in the realm of money.

I, Meat Loaf, lost- was robbed- of approximately US $100 during the course of 2008. By whom: (1) a neighbor for US $5 when I sent him to the store to purchase himself a bottle of rum, although I personally posessed my very own bottle; (2) a neighbor for US $25 when I sent him to the store to purchase some cigarettes; (3) a female admirer for US $25 when she was kicked-out of my home; (4) a neighbor for US $1 in the purchase of laundry soap and bleech; and (5) another US $50 or so in "F*ck Me Money." All of the above episodes involved trusting the associate with making a purchase: Placing trust in people after they've "earned their stripes."

Nicaraguans do not think past the moment / second and have no concept of tomorrow. They live meal per meal, literally!

Why reside / visit Nicaragua? I'm still asking myself that question as I prepare to relocate.

This Point Cannot Be Stressed Enough!!!

Quote Originally Posted by Meat Loaf

Little North American contact via tourists and commerce has also produced few English-speakers in the country of Nicaragua. In contrast, Mexico City who has plenty of commerce and tourists and has a language school every five (5) blocks instructing English, German, French, and Portuguese. Few and far between you will find someone who speaks English in Nicaragua, but not often.

Those few people that speak English, beware! Caution should be used when interracting with people who speak non-accented English in Nicaragua unless they too are European or North American. Why?

Miami, Florida, and San Francisco, California, are the major markets for Nicaraguans ultramar (overseas.) Of course Costa Rica too. While a few sneek across Mexico and into the Southwestern United States many more traveled to the USA during the war years as political prisioners. These children were reared in the USA, attended USA English-speaking schools, and acquired USA bad lifestyles.

Various USA visas were granted to these families (ie. B1 / B2, political asylum, tourist, etcetera.) Often foreigners begin to believe that they too are USA naturalized citizens and can roam the USA without judicial restraint. This begins their sprial downfall.

As a guest evidenced by thier visa and not USA naturalized citizenship these individuals can be expelled at anytime by the USA government. What happens is:

These individuals while growing-up in the USA entered into a life of crime. They began gangbanging, drug sales, and other detrimental activity. Every USA citizen as of recent has learned of the illegal immigration problem and the lack of interest in its enforcement. Every USA citizen also should know that getting deported is extremely difficult! Only two (2) types of people get deported: Convicted and formerly-incarcerated individuals who committed (1) drug and / or (2) gun crimes! These individuals who are illegal or in the USA on visa serve their prison time and are deported to their home country. Re-entry into the USA the second time is three (3) years Federal prison time and the third time for illegal re-entry is ten (10) years Federal prison time. Consequently, these formerly incarcerated individuals are effectively barred from re-entering the USA although they have family, offspring, and 20 years plus USA experience in mentality, customs, and vernacular.

So, what you have are deported individuals who speak USA non-accented English; lived in the USA for 20 plus years; were educated in the USA; and served USA state and / or federal prison time for guns or drugs! Not all non-accented English-speakers are formerly incarcerated individuals, but a large, large majority are!

If you do not socialize with formerly incarcerated individuals in the USA, do you think it's a good idea to associate with said individuals in their home country speaking your native tongue?

I, Meat Loaf, know many deported individuals who feel comfortable speaking with me about their USA crime histories. In facat, I probably meet 3 or 5 per week. You may present a different image. And that image may make you a bigger target for continued criminal pursuits.

Meat Loaf writes this post as a warning on whom you attempt to befriend. Non-spanish speakers may be looking for commaraderie in their native-tongues and become excited when someone speaks non-accented USA English to them. Still, you Gringos with heavily accented Spanish are vulnerable to the same rouse. I, Meat Loaf, recommend that you contact me via PM if you venture beyond the main stream locations of Fenix, Caribbean Morena, Diamonds, Elite, MetroCentro, Good Times, and the hotel. That is if you're looking to speak non-accented English.
Even I, Meat Loaf, am vulnerable in this area!
