Their business plan has to be one of the worst business plans, ever! They are hunting for nave, uninformed, well to do, international travelers? There aren't many "Dumb ass" travelers venturing into these places that haven't read at least the destination's website. This newbie has to be 100% focused on their club (As in having blinders on) to spend away and not have any other spots or options to visit. If that's the case, no wonder the place is always EMPTY. The owner better be loaded and willing to absorb decades of lo $$es because that's all that is coming his way for a long, long, time.

Probably a very small percentage than what they are hoping for. I didn't see any bottles servious about on a Friday night. Same owner as Artemis. Artemis has the obvious advantage in Berlin, whereas Oceans has competition nearby. If a tourist has some knowledge of the scene in the area, another club is around further down.

The difference from most clubs in the region is the sizing or open-ness of the facilities. Others are smaller scaled. When Messe happens you see tourists at Magnum and DV too. I'm sure if you are aware of one, you'd probably heard some others too.

First of all a lot of red light "managers" are not really having a clue about business plans. They all think THEIR club is the best forgetting it's just 10% about the club and 90% about girls and service.

And I'm afraid there's plenty of dumb ass travelers around, at least my impression when visiting clubs with a high percentage of tourists.
