I was In the Greenhills mall on 2/14/24.

I stopped in Mercury Drugs and asked the PH the cost of Viagra. The genuine version was 1000 ph ($20) for a 100 MG. Each! The generic was 250 ph ($4.50) for 100 MG. Each.

No prescription needed or asked for! I also bought some Betamethasone (Diprolene)(prescription only in the states) none required here for about $10 a tube. Great for skin issues!

Greenhills is also great for a bag or jewelry for the SO back home!

Various mongers over the last year have said that V or see are only available with a doctors prescription. Is that the case, still, or can you walk into Watsons or Mercury in Makati / BGC and get only by asking?

If you have an empty prescription bottle I've found some Pharmacy's in Cebu City will honor it as a prescription. My prescription was for Viagra but I asked for Generic Cialis 50 MG. The Cialis is much cheaper than Viagra or was pre pandemic.

There is a Mercury around the corner from the east end of P Burgos that will sell you anything you want no questions.

In Manila I never had much trouble buying Calais without a script. Occasionally they would ask for one, I would say never needed one before and 50% of the time that worked, If not the next drug store would sell to me.

However in Cebu, every place asked for one, no script no deal.

Now with Covid, there are a lot of on line consultations available. I signed up for one service, paid 599 by Gcash, zoom call with the doctor and I had my script in my email in box, all in less than an hour start to finish.

I will just print off several copies and keep using it until a pharmacy notices the date is old, then I have PDF editors to revise the date.

It was for 20 MG.

I will get see items from France, since it works out to 4 US per pill here. Not wanting to get from street vendors in PH.

However, I am still hoping to pick up better priced V items from TGP when I transit through MNL.
