I doubt if that is the real Cialis. Nor is that a generic. It is a counterfeit. Did it work and where do you buy it at?

Nope, they're not real, but each tab has 20 MG of tadalafil (or so it says on the box). Box and tablets themselves sure look real, but they're counterfeit. I get them Manila, Harrison Mall. There's a few guys I deal with, and best I'll say is they haven't ripped me off, yet. They want me to spend 2000 pesos or more, which I'm fine with (last time spent 4000 pesos, a frigging life supply, LOL). Just walk around, they'll find you. When in AC, I asked a guy w / a booth selling women's clothes and crap how much for Cialis (looks identical to what I get) he said 1000 pesos / box of 4 tabs. I laughed and walked away. He ran after me: "Wait, I give you discount. " I said "Look, I pay 150/ box," and he replied "OK, deal".

I hate when people try to so blatantly rip me off, so just walked away. Point is, pretty certain those prices are also in AC, but uncertain where.

Yes, they do work. Definitely. Take 1/2 a tab and put it under your tongue. Next day, repeat. Should last a weekend.

I get very bad headaches with Vitamin V so use Cialis. It works well for me and I take 20 MG every 4 days, sometimes a little earlier if a hot date after 36 hours. I will also miss a dose if no prospects for a half day or so to flush it out of my system. Your body metabolizes about 5 MG a day so taking 5 every day or 20 every 4 days is essentially the same effect. Costs, when I started back in Canada, was much less as well.

I have a supply that I got in the Dominican Republic 20 MG generic for about the equal of PHP 50, so you are getting a better deal. I still have about 2 months supply left but want a local source. Where are you getting the see for 150 per box of 4? On the street or at a pharmacy?

Last time I was in AC it seems the price of generic Viagra has risen.

1 x 50 MG = P100 (previously P75).

1 x 100 MG = P200 (previously P150).

I did have a random opportunity while I was near Walking Street and bought some V from the pharmacy across MacArthur. Was a 50 MG Viagra with Gensieng for P80. Just worked like normal.

In fact, google maps lists 8 in Cebu City, incl a couple way up north near IT Park. I recently bought Spiagra 100's for 52 pesos ea at the location just off Osmea circle, a 5 min walk from Mango Sq. It's not right on the circle; you have to walk down a breezeway, but there's a sign on the street.

I agree. See my post below about Spiagra. Note that there are various drug stores with generic or generix in the name. The ones where I purchased the 51 peso Spiagra--actually two different locations in Metro Manila--are specifically named The Generics Pharmacy. Somebody below posted their web address in case you want to check for locations. I would not be surprised if they also have an AC location.

So, the one tab per day, covered my late afternoon girl, the evening girl and the next morning round before work.

In AC I buy Viagra at the local generics for P150/100 MG tab. I feel that is expensive.

I have read that chasing the pill with 16 oz of water will eliminate the heartburn.

The foil packs on the Spiagra generic I bought were labeled sildenafil citrate. I suspect the distinction somebody previously drew between viagra and the generics was a little overdrawn.

What is the difference. Viagara has the citrate, generics do not.

The citrate is just a small adjunct that does in no way alter the main active part (sildenafil). Same thing with any drug, when you read "citrate", "mesilate", "sodium", "acetate", etc, it's just the junior part of the molecule that is only there to make the whole electrically neutral, it separates in solution in your system, the citrate goes one way and is used by the body for nutrition nothing in particular, while the sildenafil part does its job of giving you erections.

I never take more than 50mg at a time of sildenafil but I also never take less. I know 25mg is not enough. Sildenafil works for up to 4 hours with me. It doesn't work well and can even be totally wasted if I take it on a full stomach.

I get bad side-effects from Cialis. It prevents me from going to sleep, I keep "seeing" sparks within my head all night.

In Germany they have a brand of generic sildenafil that contains saccharine. A clever move, for pure sildenafil tastes horrible. With the saccharine you can chew the tablet in an emergency and not feel like puking.
