At the Veneto now. Sometimes there's security in front of the elevators and sometimes there isn't. Did see a few people being asked to go downstairs but at the time same many were picking up girls and going right up. I doubt the $50 charge will hold. If it does, you can always rent a car, pick up the chica and go in through the garage and up the elevators.

Went to Bocatorena. Not scary at all. During the day about 30 girls with same amount of guys. Most 2-5/10 but definitely several that would fit right in at Habanos and Veneto. Went back at night and it actually wasn't great. At 1:30 am there were 20 girls but the selection was poor.

The reason it is good during the day and shitty at night is that the girls go there during the day and fuck for 15 bucks and then at night go to Habanos and try to get you to pay 150. Bear that in mind when negotiating.

If you read my posts in the PTY forum I have stopped paying at Veneto / Habanos anyway, but having some knowledge of mongering in general in PTY I will point out that:

A. Veneto has a history of erratic behavior in regards to working girls. Those of you around back in in 2008-2010 may recall they were constantly changing policies.

Be. There is LOS Arcos and the place around the corner from Habanos. The place around the corner from Habanos is $25. I thought LOS Arcos was less but I have not been there in a year. There is also ANOTHER place that is cheaper but I was really fucking smashed and don't remember what it is called.

See. Someone else mentioned having to pay $150 +50 and how that sucks. Well, don't pay $150 for starters. All these girls regularly fuck for $40 or less most of their careers. You really shouldn't pay more than $100 and talking them down to $80 is usually doable...

Yeah, I noticed that the Colombian gals were pretty flexible about accepting $100 or $120, and I'm surprised they don't go much lower (or maybe they do? Since there are so many of them at Habanos and Veneto. They should lower their prices and try to get more clients than what they currently get.

For example! I enjoyed going to La Boca Torena a few times last week! I would go to the fish market in the afternoon for ceviche, and then walk over to La Boca Torena, which seemed totally safe in the daytime. (I don't know about night time there, but suspect it's less safe, especially on the nearby streets around there.) But hey, I thought that place was awesome for $15, it's just too bad it's only 15 minutes. (Although one gal I was with said I could pay more money for more time.) About the overall quality there, well yeah, that is an issue. It's not exactly LE Palace or Habanos. But every time I was there, there were at least a few bangable cuties or hotties, out of 30 or 40 or 50 gals total. I was talking to this one woman there at the bar, she's from Venezuela, and she goes by the name "Samantha". She was so pretty, she looked like she should be at Elite or Habanos. She asks me if I would buy her a can of Miller Lite beer. I was amused to see her get a kickback from the bartender for a couple bucks! (The beer cost me $5.) I thought it was cute that they got a little side hustle going for 2 bucks. And they get $10 per bang. (Hey! Do you think the cute ones there make more than the average Veneto girl?! Could be!) But I digress. Anyway, I just wanted to say I think it's fun there, and such great value that I wanted to tip the girls (and I did.) Recommended. Five Stars (or something like that.).

I believe a lot has been said about La Mayor, next door to La Boca Torena. But I don't remember seeing anything written about the establishment next door to La Boca Torena on the the other side, a place called Interiorana, I think? This looks to be similar to La Boca Torena, meaning a down and dirty joint geared toward locals, where quality is a concern. I just wanted to mention it since it is right next door, and might be worth a look inside. I didn't see anyone appealing inside, but others might on other days and nights.

There are hundreds of ads posted daily all with pics. Most are Colombians and Venezuelians. If you are staying in Veneto or near it, look for the ads that say

It is very much their new policy, however the bright side might be that perhaps it will be so unpopular that it might not last too long?

Here is how it worked last night: There was a hotel security guy at the elevators by the casino, and also a female employee of the hotel there.

They were not especially vigilant the first night, so a chica and I were able to go into the elevator while they were chatting with someone. But last night, it was more strict. The security guy intercepted us, and made us go down the escalator to the front desk (he escorted us down, as well.) I had to fill out a paper with my name and room number and pay the $50. The girl had to provide her I'd to the front desk guy, who then made a photocopy of it. After that, we were given the all clear to proceed to the elevator.

It is still very days of this new policy, but last night there was some chatter about going to an hourly hotel called LOS Arcos for $25. So yeah, the working gals are concerned about how it affect their business. For example, last night, it seemed like there were fewer ladies than usual at Veneto, and more than usual at Habanos, some of whom I recognized from the Veneto.

I think that the $50 chica fee might be deal breaker for me. No me gusta.

The. FWIW a buddy of mine has been staying at the Princesa hotel. It is across the street from the Fernandez de Cordoba metro stop. It's also as most a 3 dollar cab ride from Veneto. It's chica friendly and only costs $25 per night.

But anyway, start using this as a reason to start branching out into new places and working on your negotiation skills to get the price down.

The fifty dollar charge will turn people away. At $150 for the girl + $50 for the fee, you're essentially entering North American prices. No point really.

I believe this started last night. The girl explained to me that she had to show I'd at front desk first. When we got to front desk they tried to present a form for me to sign agreeing to a $50 room charge. I refused and spoke to management about this not being acceptable and I will not be returning for future vacations. The girl started to cry and created a scene and they all made me out to be the bad guy!

However, if you bring in a girl from outside, walk straight to the elevators on the ground floor and go up to your room. Do not go up the escalator to the casino floor as this is where the security force is ready to pounce.

Of course this could change as soon as they figure it out. Until they do, I will be sneaking them in from Habanos and elsewhere.

I am staying at Veneto as I have several times before. My bathroom door has a faulty lock. If someone closes the bathroom door from the outside it cannot be opened. I called hotel maintenence and they unlocked it. The following day the maid closed the bathroom door. Needless to say, when I returned to the room I had the same problem again. I demanded a new bathroom door knob and they replaced it. Maintenence went down the hall and switched my defective lock with another, only moving the problem down the hall. When I returned later that evening the new occupant of that room was trying to explain with minimal spanish to housekeeping about the problem.

The only other problem with staying at Veneto is its reputation. If you meet regular nonworking chicas, once you tell them where you are staying you have identified yourself as a monger.

Thanks for telling this important information about the faulty lock on your bathroom door. And also about the reputation problem at the Veneto.

I will suggest that there is another small problem that should be mentioned, as well.

PTY is a compact airport so it's not like you'll be taking a train from one terminal to another, so that makes your connection more likely to be made. But if not, unless it is a holiday or something, a hotel won't be a problem. Hotel Continental was $55 on Kayak and the Veneto is cheap now too, I think $70. If you miss the connection, get on line and book a room before you leave the terminal. Tower House Suites is another choice near the action. Book a room, take a cab into the city for $31 (a rip off), go to Habanos or Veneto or one of the places in El Cangrejo. Should be a piece of cake. You'd be in town and cleaned up in an hour and fifteen and you should be able to find pussy within 45 minutes after that. Figure on popping the first nut right around midnight.
