These websites feature girls starting usually at 300,000 and all the way up to 1,500,000 or even more. I have seen some reports for girls as high as about 600 here but never those ones in the top tier. Of course, these girls are notorious for being flaky so my next risk is. Will she even show up and close to the time? Sure enough she was one hour late. If I was going to guess why they are there, it's that it's a holding pen for ones being delivered to customers in very nearby D1 by motorbike. Why D4? Different police district? Just a guess. The location is right on the other side of the bridge, so it isn't far. You can be in D1 from there in 1 minute.

Given the dearth of good info in this Vietnam thread, honestly I was hoping for a more positive response.

Wandering around this week, I discovered a spot where many of these girls hang out together at a little table at roadside. The spot I found is in D4. If you know where the Burger King is (was actually because it closed recently), there's a narrow street between the BK and the big apartment building that always has weddings on the ground floor, if you know where I mean. This is the area when you come over into D4 from the backpacker district, over the bridge make the right turn, just past the big building.
