Having some success with Filipino Cupid previously, I signed up for the equivalent Viet Cupid site prior to me trip. Couple of observations. Rule of thumb: Vietnamese girls tend to be very flaky even the non-pros. Hell, even my so-called VN GF in the past were this way. While Korean-owned KTV may not have the best possible selection, I do like how they try their best to keep their local employees in-line (both local mamasan and girls). Even then, another rule-of-thumb. Never trust that they'll come out to meet you even if you made arrangement. Tip and you are just ruining the market, locals never tip. These hotels are most likely under the protection of local authorities, but we don't know how long they would last. I would bring a list of phone numbers and take a taxi to the hotel. If one girl does not work out, just call another girl to come to that hotel, or go to hers, probably not too far away. I hate these quickies and would prefer longer and more passionate sessions, more like dinner date with young girls.
