Most of them were really unpleasant but the last one was quite nice. None of the hotels look like the ones the women pose in for the listings photo shoot. All of the people on reception were nice and some even welcoming.

I found myself just as interested in the hotel rooms I'd be in as the women who would walk through the door. A lot of them were grotty, some offered free drinks, some had bins full of disposable toothbrushes, others decorated with pictures of nude women and lighted in red.

The women live in the hotels and must have an arrangement with the owners to be able to operate there. The set up was always very relaxed. None of the anxiety you sometimes get at massage parlours. Despite the neon signs, walking into a hotel doesn't appear so suspicious either.
