IIRC you'll be paying something like $80 to bar find a girl for LT (girl and bar fee included) where she will stay overnight with you. Food and environment leaves something to be desired but the girls are all fairly accommodating and higher on GFE scale. Condoms are basically optional for all girls. General hospitality of the Filipino people is also impressive; I loved that about the culture.
I flew from BKK directly to CRK for $88 one way on Cebu Airlines. That's a good option. Going through customs was a breeze. Take the blue taxi from the airport. Avoid the white ones.

People seem to have the idea that Clark is the second coming of JFK in New York. I posted on the Angeles City thread a few days ago a list of operators who fly from the US to Clark. EVA Air (change in Taipei) Asiana and (I later discovered) Starlux (change in Seoul / Incheon).

Incidentally, the original post is a month old, and somebody replied a day or so ago. OP was also travelling next month, so has probably booked by now. I was also underwhelmed by the original response.

    Cost per nut!

Take the number of nuts you busted and divide it into your total and you get your CPO (Cost Per Orgasm). That is an objective number can use to measure the true cost of busting your nut each time you shoot it off. And you can compare this number across any country you chose to visit.
That's what I call it LOL! Two minds thinking alike.

The outcome will be irrelevant as the girl costs, even if you take two per day will not change much the figure between one country and in the other, even if they are different one from the other. Flight, food, hotels will be more or less the same. So what will change if a country has girls charging 40 $ and another 60?

I would like it to be some country where our hobby is easy and straight forward. Are my thoughts on money reasonable? Thank you for any advice. I will be flying from USA.

Germany is not enroute to Thailand from the USA (almost all flights go over the Pacific), and the prices in Germany for female companionship are not inexpensive.

The Philippines offers inexpensive prices for companionship and is about a four to six hour flight from BKK to most airports in the Philippines (Cebu and Clark). Philippine food isn't as good as Thai food, but the Philippine Islands offer a different cultural experience worth experiencing. Flights from the Philippines to Thailand typically cost approximately $150 to $300 if booked in advance. With a budget of $1000 to $1500 for one or two days, you can do whatever you want in the Philippines.

    You misunderstood me.

A condo building may sell 100% of its units, but cannot sell more than 49% to foreigners.

So the 49% law has nothing to do with how many units have been sold, if you are wondering about how full the building is.

But, if you worry about occupancy, consider that a condo may be sold, but not occupied.

My personal opinion is that few Thais buy condos, I think that the condi owners create dummy Thai companies to take title of 50% of the units, which is why most condo buildings are half empty.

The Thais rent to foreigners. I've never rented a condo that was not Thai owned.

Jakarta and Phnom Penh if you prefer bars. Vietnam if you don't mind online shopping.

I'm renting a condo in a building I quite like just across the river (Thon Buri side), and was thinking of maybe buying a unit. Decided against it, as I'm done with Bangkok. But that's another story. Anyway I checked out the "penthouse" units. There are eight of them. Four on the river side, in other words nice view, and four looking over the grimy suburbs of the city. Only four of the eight were up for sale. All four had the same view. No doubt you can guess which. I haven't checked with Juristic, but judging from other signs (parking, lights on in the evening, uncollected mail / notices, etc.), I make the building to be about 55% occupied.
