    BKK Tailor Experiences?

Soi 55, just before Tops market.

    Email: dentist@asavanant.com.

Have used them for all my dental work for a number of years. Top notch, modern office.

    For just a teeth cleaning

For a simple cleaning I just walked into the nearest Mos Dental Clinic without an appointment a few months ago and they took me right in. The one I went to is on the even soi side of Sukhumvit near Soi 12 as I recall. But I don't think it matters which one. The sign outside said 900 baht for teeth cleaning (with "and up" in smaller print). It came to 1,300 baht for me.

I don't know the name of the dentist if there was even a dentist doing the job instead of an ordinary dental assistant. I didn't ask. I have not needed anything more than a cleaning since I moved here so I have not vetted or seriously researched one.

Seemed like they did a fine job. Still breaking hearts and getting 1,000 baht LT BBFS+CIP and all my undies washed and ironed by top-rated Nana Plaza gogo girls with my smile.

Hehe. I had to throw that last part in to keep the new format going.

Weekend of the Fireworks Festival. It was crazy in Central Pattaya. I had gotten a massage close to Central Mall and was hungry. Decided I wanted something different. Hit KFC. 90 percent of the people in the line and at the table were Thai. I got a special for 103 THB. Two good side boxes of nuggets and popcorn chicken. Bought a 1.5 liter bottle of water over in Tops for 20 THB. Yep, Thailand is not cheap any more. ROTFLMAO!.

No Baht Buses (did I get that right or is there a pedantic tourist out there going to correct me?) running along 2nd Street. So, I decide to walk to where I could catch one along Soi Buakhao. It was absolutely deserted. Never seen so few people on Soi Buakhao. Probably could have copped a deal that would have Raj Raj generating another post that would catch him an infraction. At the load point for the Baht Bus never seen it so crazy. They were making a you-Turn on second road after dropping off passengers. So, I just walked across the road, waited for the passengers to unload and hopped on. Jump the entire line. Someone saw me do it and a people started mobbing the Baht Busses as they arrive. It dropped me off a location others choose to argue with me about over. But I got home just fine and without a big charge that others have mentioned that happens when the Baht Busses are crowded. In fact I have never paid more than 20 THB to return to where I reside. No matter how crowded it has been.

The difficulties are often getting a Baht Bus to head into the city. Once time 15 of them passed me (yes I counted). Cause my mind is focused on the mundane. No need to have pussy on your mind in Pattaya unless you are a "tourist" like I am. Right?
Since High Season is just starting, you are going to have more problems getting a baht bus from View Talay 5. Bolt is going to charge you 200+ baht, with 30 minute wait times.

One reason I am heading for Brazil next month.

Of course we arrived at the furthest gate and had to leave at another gate far away. These airports are a hike these days.

On the return flight to the USA, we were through customs in Incheon in about three minutes. I suppose it's hit or miss.

I have no complaints about the looks of the flight attendants on Korean Air.
Has to be the security check. Incheon does require one for transit passengers. Have been there MANY times, and customs only applicable when ENTERING a country, NOT airport transit. Yes, the security lines can get backed up, depending on time of day, and arriving flights (and the IDIOTS who can't remember exactly WHERE their tablet is, have a clue people). But Incheon order of magnitude better than Gimpo (that place was, "This is your INTERNATIONAL airport?")

For Incheon, always make sure your departing flight is in same TERMINAL as arriving flight. There is a train between the two, but... As far as hiking, for BKK's Swampy, pack a lunch.

    Customs in Incheon?

I have travelled from the United States to Thailand on Korean Air via Incheon many times over the past 10 years. I do not understand your going through "customs. " Are you referring to the International Transfer Security, basically a security check for all transferring passengers? As far as I know, the only reason to go through customs would be if one were leaving the airport to be in S. Korea.

And I agree about the Korean Air flight attendants. Easy on the eyes, and very friendly, too.

    He probably means security.

Yes, I find the same girls will do the same things at different times with me also. Even though I am still giving them the same 1000 THB.
