I was once in September and once in October in Jermuk. That is the resort town with the world famous water. I met some girls, one local and some tourists, inter alia a young Russian chick, wow, she was so hot).

I was for two nights in Sevan.

Stayed at the Best Western Bohemian Resort. It's amazing property directly at lake Sevan. From there, you can walk to the Peninsuala, there is a monestary and busses with tourists. Easy to get in contact with other tourists, in particular also Russians.

To the city Sevan, take a taxi, costs about 2 $. Lots of amazing girls in that little town. Wow! So to say no tourists over there, hence, you may be a star).
