I have a 1 day lay over in Colombo next week and was wondering what is a good area to stay in with easy access to good full service massage parlors / spas. Any intel would be greatly appreciated. Any recommendations on top 3 spas with good service beautiful providers?

I was in the area this afternoon so I went to amashi spa beddagana as I received a positive response to my call to see if there was any new talent. New talent looked ok. Don't think she has worked at a spa.

However as she was booked I tried someone else praveena or something a Tamil looking woman from Kandy.

When I walked into the room there was a medicine packaging that caught my attention. After washing up I googled the medicine and I was shocked to see that the medicine was used to treat fungal infections. Not only arovin, amashi the baddagana place, neeroga, red apple nugegoda even the famous FS spot next to hemas has cameras. Best avoid them if you are one for security concerns. The LE are well aware of this but do not act on it as this will create more problems.

Yesterday, I met this much discussed lady, formerly of that Beddagana place, and she did offer what a couple of fellow mongers have said here that they had received. I've done so many laps on that track at night. Places like remedee niroga and the place near the hospital were the most famous.

In my personal experience I felt that If you visit a spa in the night the selection is low in both quantity and quality than during day.

Most places are filthy at night and the girls make lesser of an effort to please. Demanding a higher tip.

Some places even offer lesser time than day time.

The best bet would be to go to a spa that is not very famous. You may get a better bargain.

The thalawathugoda street food joints around friendship road are overpriced and do not taste that great. Don't bother.
