There are multiple spas with the same name mate. The one I was referring to is located on the Kotte Road, towards Rajagiriya. I reckon its near or before Lemongrass, on the same side. Bit hard to spot it because its in the 1 floor of the building.

I searched for Omaya Spa on the net. The address given on the net is 511/1, Old Kotte Road, Welikada, Rajagiriya. I took a tuk tuk from Colombo Fort Railway Station and travelled along Cotta Road up to Rajagiriya Flyover. I asked many people about old Kotte Road. It seems no body knows. Then I asked a tuk tuk about Ethul Kotte. He drove me along Kotte Road. This is a very long road and unfortunately could not locate the Spa. So, I returned to Colombo Bus Station on my way to Negombo.
