Been there for like 30-40 times for last few years.

Get the room #1, it s big, upstairs, and is the only room with an attached bathroom.

I'm foreign but a resident and I have run into the practice of 2 x to 3 x as much for most spas; However, I usually have been able to get around this practice as I'm a resident. Here's a bit of advise for foreigners on how to get around it as some of those rates make going to a massage more expensive then Thailand and the service is always worst. Typically, when you go in and ask for the price they will pause where you can tell they are trying to come up with a rate. After they say their 2 x or 3 x as high rate simply smile and insist no, resident rate I pay the same taxes that they do. If you have a Sri Lanka drivers license show it as proof and then in most cases they will come down to a local rate or something that is maybe a 1,000 rupees more. Most times I don't have to show the drivers license as they can tell I know most MP's are 1 k to 1.5 k and they are trying to make business, not see it walk out the door.

There are only two places in 3 years of me living here where this has not worked. One is in Pelawatte by some super crappy spa named Neeroga, which I would never recommend to any person on this forum. The other is basically a house by an athletic field in pita Kotte, which is a shame because I liked that place and was getting almost FS before on a regular basis until they switched to a guy working there who refused. In both cases, I walked out and never returned.

When you come from Pizza Hut passing the bridge the left turn is for Lyceum. Is that the road or the right turn.

If you want a detailed Massage with a detailed HJ cheaply, there is a discrete place in the road joining Handala road and the Lyceum Road in Wattala (right by the big canal). I have been there thrice. Three different girls, all provided the same. Quite dodgy. But manageable.

Its Sanda Ru Spa at Kiribathgoda on Makola Road. However I got the feeling that the owner is operating several spas around this area and the girls are transferred from one place to another. I haven't been to this place before.
