Posts: 191Alexdecolombo that is way too much dosage! Taking half of 100 MG Cupid is still too much. You should be taking like 25 MG and cut that in half. In regards.
To MegaFill and Cupid they are both different drugs hence why you are getting 2 different reactions.

Posts: 191What dosage are you taking? Cupid is Viagra under a different name and MegaFill is cialis under a different name.
Make sure you taking to low dosage and not extremely high like the 100 MG, I have no idea why they make it since even a person with Ed doesn't need that much high dosage. Try to get 25 MG or less if they have it. And if it still gives headache then cut the pill In half and just take the half pill so you won't experience side effect as much.
The Cupid / Viagra I noticed personally worked better than the cialis / MegaFill. After waiting about an hour after taking pill I noticed the first shot was fast then after that it took extremely long Time to get second shot when having sex.
Make sure you don't take alcohol or fatty food while taking pill since it takes long time to work.
I agree with ctheory that having some stamina condom can help as well.

May be you can try Stamina condoms. Available at the Family Planning Association. Its coated with Benzocaine which prevents premature ejaculation and provides greater staying power.

Dear friends,
I tried cupid and Megafil tablets two days. Its OK, that delayed the premature ejaculation, but it causes lasting Headache in the evening in the days.
May I know other good tablet which does not cause such kind of headache.
In case of delay spray, you have to spray after full erection no,then you partner also see that you are applying delay spray.
So there is no way of applying without knowing partner?
Thank you.

There are many tablets to help ED as has been mentioned. But I do know that some of these effects gastritis. I wanted to let you know to remember to talk to your doctor that you suffer from gastritis as well. The two issues are not related, but you may have two problems. Seek a gastro doctor to sort your gastritis issues and urologist of sexual medicine doc regarding ED.

Posts: 191I'm way under 40 and it's not always psychological issues that people go to urologist. They are many reason for people to go, peyroins disease, urinary inconstitancy, bladder issues, etc.
Even thou what I mention is based on my experience with US urologist, internationally (Sri Lanka) should be almost the same practice.
I had the full check up which they did blood work, sonogram, and erection quality test (not sure exact medical name for it).
In regards to erection test they have 2 methods both of them using ring type sensor that is connected attached to the penis. The first method is making sure you get aroused so they show you video (they leave you privately while you basically watch porn but not jerking off) and sensors will give results of the erection quality.
The other of course is the injection method (I did not have this) which will induce the erection and monitor the quality.
The sonagram test be used for bladder and also to see blood flow on the erection.
At the end, whatever condition you have if its ED or peyroins disease (bended or slightly bended penis).
The doc will have the right treatment to give you.
At same time I do recommend you to google supplements for the penis and erection.
I don't mean those so called male enhancment pills since those are scams.
What I mean is like ginkgo, kava, argine, etc. Those types you should get.
Check examine.com or webmd.com in regards to supplements.

How I interpret this is, if the patient is over 40, particularly if he is over 50, going to a urologist may be necessary. Below the age of 40, the cause may be psychological, and the article gives a list of psychological factors.
Certain drugs used for treating hair loss may have the side effect of erectile dysfunction.

Go to urologist instead of regular doctor since they would do proper testing to measure erection quality and how to fix the problem.
Take supplements like ginkgo which should help with blood flow.

Your issue is a very common one, so please don't worry. What happens to most gents is that they suffer from this but never talk about it. As the months goes by, it gets worst as the stress and anxiety of under performing also contributes to the already existing issue. You have done the first step of wanting to find out more about it, and do something about it.
There are plenty of tablets to take, and most may work, but I very strongly suggest as TB did to Google sexual medicine on e channeling and see a doctor. You should get to the bottom of it, and know the cause. As a friend has already posted, there could be many reasons and these conditions effect the hormone levels like FSH, LH and testosterone. You will be most likely be asked to do a blood test, and then take it from there.
Over medication (taking too many tablets to gain erection) can cause damage to the penis and is non reversible. So please take good advice from doctors. Your condition is curable, you just need to take the right path to achieve it.
Good luck.
