I used to have SW in Bhopal 6-7 years back, 6-700 for a decent bird. But now rates inflated to 1 k, no problem, but I see the birds replaced by not so vfm cicks even for the price. There is now a trend of young birds migrating to so called Massage Dens and only the left out available at old places.

I am still not sure as it'll be the same case with Sukha. But going by the trend I would avoid unless anyone shares any real situation and quality of birds available there.
