I thought I would post an update as it seems none of my fellow Calgaryian 's like to post reviews. Since my last report , the minimum at the agencys has gone up to $200.00 for the half hour and $300.00 for the hour.Needles to say I was kind of choked at the new prices as Calgary is way overpriced as other cities. But I guess thats the price you pay for issuring your not getting some criminal out to rip you off through the door. Embassy has the strolls well marked. I would add that there is a one block section of 3rd Street SE between 10th Ave SE and 11th Ave SE that ALWAYS has a girl waiting. This block runs between two warehouses and is busy most anytime. Quality is on the low side but, as always, your luck depends on your timing.

I would also commend you to try the bars on Centre Street one block west of the Holiday Inn. Some very nice ladies hang out in these watering holes in the early evening hours.

Not sure why people are hesitant to talk about the various Calgary strolls as there are at least four and maybe more. When you drive around the strolls you see LE out, so it's not as if they dont know where the strolls are.

The 3rd Ave area as pointed out below is very expensive. The next cheapest area is the Centre St stroll between about 13th and 15th Ave from Centre St. to about 4th St. SW. There are two cheap strolls where it can be much riskier, although you will find some decent SWs. The first cheap stroll is between 10th Ave and 14th Ave and between McLeod Trail and about 5th St. SE. These three strolls are all fairly close to each other in the downtown area. The fourth stroll is out in the forest lawn area and runs from about 36th St to 52nd St and from 17th Ave SW to 19th Ave SE. I have picked up a couple of SWs in this area and found it
to be spotty. There is one that hangs around the trailer court area in a short skirt. Looks good, but gives an absolutely pathetic BJ, if you can call it that. Then she wants you to drive her somewhere a fair distance off.

I was recently in Calgary and thought it worthwhile to update newcomers on interesting info.

Firstly, on a practical level, there certainly seems to be no problem in taking companions into hotels.
Second, although the street scene is very active around 3rd Avenue ( French Maid) prices are steep and girls inflexible. Starts at $C100 but for very little. For full works you need $C300.

Cheaper can be had behind the Tower on the other side of the tracks around Centre Street ( as low as $70 for full works ) but take great care. There are many junkies and most WILL try and rip you off. Watch in particular for black girl called Tiffany (real name Gloria). She is bad news.

Well, I couldn't wait for a follow up post, so I walked up and down 3rd Ave SW last night. It was pretty much the same story - all of the girls are *very* young and they all start at $CA 100!! From the best I could figure, that's just for a BJ. I'm in Calgary for the next couple of days and wondering what street action there is. I'm staying at the Westin on 4th Ave SW and when I pulled around the back of the hotel to park the rental car in the garage, there were about 5 or 6 girls in a two block area leading up to the French Maid sports bar.
