Bottom line the rates I was told is the ones they were sticking to.

$50 for 1/2 room rate. Can't remember what 45min rate was but it only was getting higher.

Tip for girl for HJ was $110. That was plus door rate.

I could have the regular 1/2 hr. Massage with no HJ for $50 plus a nominal $20 tip for the girl. I declined.

Tried to sell me the no massage and just HJ. I would be all over that if it was more reasonable but $110 for no massage and a quick HJ. That is FS Quickie territory. Add that $50 room fee and your getting FS and then some and other venues.
