It is in an industrial area and a bit hard to find even if you know the address. There are two Spielothek here. Drive past the first one and it is located behind the second one, that is, facing the main road (Gewerbestrae is parallel to the main road).

Apparently used to be a flatrate club, but changed to already comply with the new law which forbids flatrate clubs (I'm not sure if this is actually part of the new law, but it has been discussed). As most punters probably won't have 6 sessions, especially here, not a real change.

I arrived about 22:00 on Tuesday. It is open to 2:00. I believe that I was the only punter there. 8 women, apparently all from Bulgaria (maybe some Romanians as well) plus the Thekenfrau and a bloke with a couple of dogs (maybe the owner or manager).

The place is seedy and not very clean. Apparently at least some of the girls live in the rooms where sessions are held. (It is more a Pauschalclub than a Partytreff.).

Still, the seediness of the place, together with this sign, did make me worry a bit.

So, if you want 6 sessions for EUR 79, this is your place. DATY and BBBJ (don't know about CIM or anal) are available if one wants to pay. This would make it more expensive than Dietzenbach (if one paid for extras in several sessions), but otherwise it is cheaper.
