LOL So true! So many OT girls would shuttle back and forth to Brix, I remember being accosted by some of them on that walk along Orchard Road, even on the Brix-OT 'commute' they'd be touting for business!

Brix never had anything to do with 'model quality only', if anything it was more of a mixed bag than many of the OT bars.

At Brix back in the day, on average the girls did dress a bit better, and there was a higher proportion of Eastern Europeans (pulled my first Uzbek girl from there), but they weren't model quality.

True model quality in SIN when I lived there was to be had through careful networking. Learned about such from a friend as we sat drinking at the bar in Clarke Quay where they dressed waitresses in mini-kilts. An older gent at the next table was entertaining his "niece" who was the spitting image of Beyoncé before she packed an extra 15 kg onto her ass.

Today, model quantity will be found the same way, or at the high end hotel bars or the MBS resort. But I'll gladly take an enthusiastic Viet, Indo, or Pinay of lesser looks who will fuck my brains out over a model-quality optikfuck any day.

Can someone recommend a decent alternative while bronx is closed? I'm looking for model quality only.

Brix never had anything to do with 'model quality only', if anything it was more of a mixed bag than many of the OT bars.

I found out that Hyatt is already under renovation and BRIX is to stay.

It will be moved inside once the hotel re opens and this current BRIX will shut for Renovation then for 3 months.

Thanks for the updates. I'm hoping to get down in Nov to test it out!

I also posted this under the General Singapore string but figured it should be here also.

I've heard that Grand Hyatt is being closed for renovations for a year. Does anyone know if this is true and does that cut out Brix? Are there any locations for bars in the Marriot Tang which is next to it or are the high end ladies moving someplace else if Brix is closing as part of the renovation.
