I was in Singapore last week and would like to inform you all that BRIX is back in action. Not like the good old days but still decent action.

Tuesday to Saturday it is on until 4 am Sunday and Monday shut.

Thanks for that! I was trying to get back down there later this summer and now I know if I do I will stay at the Grand Hyatt! Where they running higher than normal prices? What was the make-up of the providers? Mostly VNs?

I'm hearing reports from on the ground sources that Brix is closed and has been for some time. But also hearing that some places in the area are opening back up although with limited capacity. Anyone else heard anything the same or different?

I agree completely. I been in this forum for probably over 15 years.

For example, these young bucks think its cool to "make it rain" at a strip club ruins it for everybody. Angeles City isn't as cool anymore, Tijuana isn't as cool anymore, Costa Rica isn't cool anymore.

Copacabana isn't as cool anymore.

Its not the COVID, its these guys who think its cool to throw their money away trying to pretend they are a baller.

Makes me sorry and sad.

What equally uncool are a lot of the guys who are in the asking "others to share meaningful intel" brigade are also in the "its my money and ill pay what I want, don't price police me" brigade.

Yeah. I wish that too. But all RR does is talk down other mongers on their choice of girls and the prices they pay. And this is across threads. Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand. Indonesia. You name it. Nonsense. If the normal economics of supply & demand were followed then the more girls there are (the product) then the price should fall. If there were 10 girls in Ipanema they would be a rare product & could charge a lot. If there are 1000 girls (a lot of product) then the usual business practice is to drop prices to attract customers. However, they don't think this way & when they haven't attracted a customer because of the competition they put their prices up in an attempt to make the same amount of money from fewer customers.

As I said I've seen them take it to the extreme & go home empty handed rather than lower their price.

That maybe case for the girl who are already in business. I was talking about the new ones. Let the old ones increase their prices, who needs to go to them. I am talking about younger ones who enter business new and are accessible for price negotiation. There are some who can come down. You need to find it.

In my experience this is not the mentality of working girls in Asia. In their view if there are less customers then they need to raise their prices in order to make the same amount of money. I've often see girls turn down offers very late at Ipanema & go home rather than accept less than they think they should get.

Of course it's same almost everywhere and if the girl is a WG then the business mind approach will be always behind back of their mind. It's supply demand economic. But on the other hand it also somewhat depends on clients who tend to pay more and spoil the rates and their attitude goes up.

Went to Brix last night to have a few drinks and of course trying to get lucky. Met a Brazilian-Japanese Miko who was new in SG. Judging from the way she dressed and color choice (dark red) and dark black thick eyeliner, I instantly knew she was a working girl or at least wanting some action. Like so much else, punting in SIN is based on 'supply and demand' but the coronavirus has had a big impact on Singapore, not only flights from HK have been slashed, and remember HK-SIN is one of the world's busiest routes, but also many companies and some countries now advising people not to travel even to Singapore. There's a big 'air show' there this week and so many companies have pulled out from exhibiting or visiting.

Now big shows like this can be a spike for demand at Brix and OT as long as you are okay with the risk of being seen by somebody else in the same industry LOL, so when there's a lot less 'on business' visitors in Singapore, you can bet the ladies can't hoist their prices as high as they've been doing over recent years, there will generally be fewer guys and to be honest a lot would just be careful in case the lady they're with has been exposed to the coronavirus through any gent she's seen in the past few months.
