Well you will need to quarantine for 2 weeks when you get here unless you are an essential worker. If you are an essential foreign worker you are supposed to only have limited movement. Ie where you are working- drive thru and your hotel. No other stops. I am sure not everyone abides by this but you would have to see what kind of trouble you might be in if caught. The agencies are all working as normal. They usually will come to you or most have incall locations for the individual girls. It is not like the brass rail scenario. The massage parlors and strip clubs are down at the present time. Off hand I would say delay your trip for now- the Leolist girls are still working but you better do your research if you want to go that route.

I've started paying attention to this forum again as well as the local Canadian hobby message boards. When I was last in Ottawa, there was a lot of outcall agencies of varying quality and reasonable prices. If one spent time researching and reading reviews, it was really easy to have a quality session. As I recall, outcall agencies were legal under provincial and federal laws. The general rule of thumb was that strip clubs and massage parlors weren't even in the mix in terms of consenting adult relations. COVID aside, it seems as if the situation is reversed these days. You have to have a prescription. If so probably same or a bit more than USA. Healthcare doesn't cover drugs in any case.
