They are so tired of the police dog controls now that the African dutch security guy is now so thorough that if we had been women in america, we could have filed a couple of hundred #metoo complaints already.

Dog weekly controls were not by Police, but security company. Not many Police controls at YY compare to LR which had many on 2018. GT had 2 controls on 2 weeks not long ago, but just to control girls.

Yes they lost the appeal but can still take it to an even higher level and I believe that they are doing so.

I saw and was proposed, even by some girls, most often Germans, drug in some German clubs and I never saw any control, only at YY weekly with yellow labrador, when drugs are legal in NL.

In Switzerland where they put You without proof in jail, land of shame trying to rob your money, cocaine is on business at Aphro for those who need to reach pleasure. I don t like drugged girls, but Switzerland taught me the way from Amsterdam on go fast at night, with my new Albanian friend who took foods for me and as I refused to eat, even he told me You should eat, better to eat, but he was happy to have more foods. I only ate sugar, jam and water not to have too big pain in belly.

Sad for YY where I never saw drug even when I visited weekly.

I believe the case is fully lost, since it was appealed to the higher courts already. That was the 16 Jan decision I referenced. I personally wasn't there the day the raid went down and I have no idea if the club was complicit in the drugs being in the club or not. I think the loss of the club for one year is unfortunate. If the club was guilty in allowing drugs to be sold on the premises then I can understand legal action being taken.

Comparing what happens in the NL to what happens in Germany is a naive position to take, in my opinion. The NL has specific allowances for recreational drug use. Operate within those laws and you will have no problem. If you are caught outside the law, you should expect to face the prescribed punishments.

According to the NL Press, the Roermond Mayor's City Surveillance Dept sealed YY today (25 Feb 19).

Also reported that legal action continues and that "the YY owner has promised the municipality a hefty claim for damages, should the court decide that the closure is unjustified".

Yes, unfair, when this is the only club where I saw so many drugs controls with labrador dog. Never saw this anywhere in NRW nor Hessen, but I saw drugs.

With Palace Frankfurt and GT, YY was the only club able to attract and much more difficult = to keep for a while for business new wow girls on Globe level. Met a wow girl for look, elegance and charm, at Sharks on mid June but she didn t want to work for Sharks business level = mostly everything for 50 . I met few wow girls at YY, even on higher level than GT.

Also enjoyed spa and foods. Will miss this beautiful club, only bad point for me = too small lockers.
