It would not happen like that. At all. You can always cook up a wild scenario. But a lot would have to happen after the fact. None of which is likely or I think legal. However - if this sort of thing keeps you up at night. If you have a girl cohabitate with you. Charge her rent. It can be a very minimal amount. Draw it up as room mate agreement with the apartment staying with you - $20 a month is enough. This is a very wise idea for a number of reasons.

Sure, that could happen. But it could be that if there was never an intent for it to be a rental situation Zeos would be cleared.
