How does one know which one offers which?

There's a very active Toronto board which discusses the Toronto scene. Also several other boards which discuss almost every single massage joint in the city.

The high end spas like the Premier Group which include Pure, Perla, and Platinum have some very good looking girls. Asian places are very run of the mill and you won't be getting much of a massage at any of them. There has to be 1000+ massage places in the GTA. Raids are common in the full service places.

I've stayed a in couple of Marriotts in the last year. The Marriotts in Toronto have started installing key access in their elevators. So you would need to meet your guest down stairs. I didn't have any problems with the hotel personnel during my stays.

I usually use Hilton properties. No elevator keys so far. One hotel locked their front door around 11 pm and you use your room key to enter. So if your visitor arrives after that she would be buzzed in or, as I did, arranged for an "I'm on my way, be there in x minutes. " call and waited outside. Again no problems with the hotel staff.

What's the deal with the spas / massage parlors in Toronto? Do any of them offer full service? It seems that some might only offer body-to-body happy endings.

About 12 years ago I used to stay at the Novotel on HuronOntario once or twice a month on work trips. I had no problem with visitors in that hotel except after around 8 or 9 pm (I do not exactly remember the time) you needed to use your room key card to operate the elevator. That meant a trip to the lobby to pick her up.
