Has anyone visited here since 2023? How is it? I remember it was a little dead. I've been to deja vu is coi and was hoping this would emulate it, but it doesn't seem likely.

When I visit Tijuana I generally stay at the Pueblo Amigo, and this club is within walking distance. I have been here at least 6 times, and have had good luck 2/6 times. The potential here is awesome, as its setup like an American strip club, but just does not have the staff. Last time I was there (pre-covid) it was 5 pm on a Friday, and I was the only guy / person in the building. The waiter told me that there were some girls getting dressed and would be there soon. So I sipped my beer slow and no chicas after at least 15 mins. This caused me to leave of course, but the 2/6 times I have had success it was more expensive than HK but slightly more memorable, as the girl was brand new and we had a nice connection. She actually thanked me LOL (not trying to be an egotistical guy just happened to be my luck that time). Anyways I will return in October and report.

Went in Adelitas many times in the last couple weeks. Girls and meseros were pushing drinks and fichas very hard. I had to tell the meseros to stop bringing girl over. They stopped for a while then a meseor brought this tall blonde with short bangs over, knowing she's gringos' favorite. I was very impressed with her classy beauty so invited her to sit and drink.

Deja Vu has a perfect location, in a nice, clean, green neighborhood, within walking distance of the border, next to Caliente Casino and one of the best hotels in Tijuana, Pueblo Amigo. It's in the best position to attract Gringos from across the border. The big problems are it cannot recruit hot girls to dance and fuck there, and its cover, session and room prices are way too high for the bad-looking girls. If it moved to Chicago, it would do worse than Chicago with its ugly girls. I heard HK spends a lot of money on newspaper, radio ads and referrals to draw in the chicas.

HK's success is due to how it can recruit hot girls from all over Mexico, coupled with fairly low prices, promotions, freebies, high entertainment values ect. Adelita comes pretty close with its pool of talents, but is still less fun and exciting. Chicago has A list talents. Amnesia on Revo used to be the hottest and classiest clip joints in town, but now just dead, no girls, no clients.

Would be nice to have another bar with a good pool of talents and good entertainment program to ramp up competition in La Zona.

Yea, I agree the zona sorely lacks a real competitor to HK and that is a little disappointing. I really like adelitas because it is a much more relaxed atmosphere, but it can't compare to HK and its a different type of bar environment at the end of the day. Hopefully, Chicago can improve and introduced some competition in the zona, so we can see some lower prices.

Felt like doing something different. Decided to do a last minute trip to Tijuana. I don't live far. Got to ped East and line was about a hour around 11 pm. Knew HK was going to be packed so decided to check out my 3rd spot on the list. My friends always give shit for coming here so I always roll solo to De Ja Vu. Paid the 10 $ entry took my free shot of tequila and walked in. Place is pretty big and I'll have to admit there are more ugly girls than hot chicks here. As we all expected there is nothing worse than a Mexican business and marketing plan with due-diligence to see if a business can even stand a chance.

I think that the Deja Vu used to be a huge dance club years ago. If so, that place was huge. But I Don't recall an adjacent hotel. It is so unfortunate that they didn't buy the Chicago Club out and open there instead.

DejaVu is located in the former home of what used to be Iguanas. A live music venue. According to this article, capacity was 1,000. So it was a pretty good-sized venue.

I think that the Deja Vu used to be a huge dance club years ago. If so, that place was huge. But I Don't recall an adjacent hotel. It is so unfortunate that they didn't buy the Chicago Club out and open there instead.

I was there last Friday night. There were 7 or 8 guys, 1 lumpy, tattooed stripper, 1 dancer on the pole, and 3 girls sitting with guys, including Alaska, formerly with HK.

Is this the 100,000 square foot place with 300 dancers? Perhaps 295 of them were taking a break.

I won't be there for another couple of weeks. So far it doesn't seem worth visiting.
