If I ever decided to register on merb again under a different handle and post, I'm sure I wouldn't last long. It got to a point where I'd have to self censor every post in order to prolong my stay. Of course I got tired of it and that's all she wrote. Still, I wouldn't come on ISG to bad mouth any specific Merb member, despite what I may or may not know about them. There's no point. At the end of the day, I don't care as long as I can get accurate info about the girls. That is still possible even now, but you have to read between the lines in reviews threads sometimes. For example, I never considered seeing a certain girl for a second, since there wasn't much raving about kissing in many reviews. The specific acronym's don't have to be used, but the constant omission tells you what you need to know. That's not a good trend. The shilling is perhaps more widespread then 2 or 3 years ago, but it's mainly the increased dismissal and denial of differing opinions, which are readily deleted that is bad. And 'protecting' girls is very good for the site in way, but also the clients. Maybe it's just a trend with the times, but there seem to be less graphic upfront reviews for feat of giving offense. On the topic of shills. There are 4 to 5 names whose reviews I completely ignore whenever I see them. Browse the other board for a few months and you will know exactly who they are. Interestingly enough, a few members of the boys club have been fairly quiet in recent memory.

I wouldn't mention names. There are some sad, sad blokes who not only shill but go to the ends of the earth to try and get brownie points with the star providers. By mentioning names it will create an ISG vs Merb atmosphere. Let's not forget what an invaluable tool merb is.

That's pointless and counterproductive to me. If you read the reviews and see the girls you can easily identify the shills. The problem w / calling them out is they can contact the mod to change their name (ask Smuler ) or get a new account which shills have done. Or they can change the way they post to shill for certain girls and leave lukewarm / neutral reviews for others. I was surprised to see some recent reviews for a new girl that was sort of negative and neutral since the first review was really positive.

I might disagree that you can easily identify the shills. It takes a few months of following reviews to see the patterns of the shills. Some newcomers to the local board get influenced by the obvious pressure to rate major agency girls highly. Their reviews then become suspect.
