First I'the argue that the mean of the population of all women, all ages, is less than 5.

Second, in my experience, when dealing with personal preference (art, food, music, wine, feminine beauty) it's not normally distributed (bell curve) but skewed with a long right tail.

Third you don't state the standard deviation (sigma). If the mean of all women is 5 and SD is 1, then your number are way off.

In that case, the chance of finding a 6 or higher is only 16%, 7 or higher 2% and an 8 or higher is 0. 13% or pretty close to 1 in a thousand. The chances of a 9. 0 is 2 in 10 thousand! (Meaning there are 52 9's in all of Montreal). I can't find a calculator that won't round the odds of a 9. 5 off to zero.

The math is little more realistic if you assign a 7 to the average SW. In that case, the odds of a 9 are about 2%.

Then I did it backwards (bayseian). If heaven is. 9. 5 and I judge that only about 5% of the other girls on the agency sites are about that rating (I actually took 10 minutes to do a survey of the main 4 agencies web sites). It makes the average escort an 8 more or less with 67% between 7 and 9.

Thus ends today's statistics lesson.

Given that the top agencies are probably a superior representation of the young female population, it's likely their line-ups are made up of 7's, 8's and a few 9's. My personal opinion would be over 90% of the girls are 7's and 8's. Perhaps you could unscientifically double the 4% above and say 1 out of 12 girls at the top agencies are a 9. Perhaps 1 in 10 when a top agency has had a good run of recruiting and retention. I'm contrasting this with the deluge of 9's that are thrown around on the local board. Does anyone have a different opinion?

You could get some flack from a local wandering into the conversation, but they have no clout here nor do they have the free rein to shout you down. Just got back from a few days in Montreal. Got the bait and switch feeling with XO all week. Booked for the week, everyday last minute cancel then get a list of who's available.

XO canceled 5 appointments in 4 days and only offered incall for all the more popular ladies (anyone over $220). Shelly, Shelly, Amanda, Katie, Elena and Dakota All got canceled last minute. Saw Safia (after Elena canceled) & Meghan. Both were subpar. Safia. I too tried to see Shelly and only incalls were offered. Let me ask you, what was the duration of action you were requesting? I know if you request a minimum 2 Hour booking you increase your likelihood. Logistically speaking, it is a lot easier for a provider to stay in an incall an and see clients. Logistically it's easier on the agency as well as transport in and from outcall can be delayed due to notorious Montreal traffic. The agency may be able to fit in another client in all that time it takes transporting the provider back and forth.

Heard Amanda comes out for an outcall if it's 2 hours min. Perhaps death man can shed light on this? If you like true newbies, you really need to have a conversation with the booker. Some of the "new" girls at the big agencies get recruited from smaller, lesser known agencies and just change their names. Surprisingly, a few girls come out of Montreal's massage parlor scene.

One good thing that has occurred in the Montreal scene in the last five years is an increase in the marketing concept of Branding. There is a greater conformity regarding facial looks, body style, age of provider, and GFE services at certain Montreal agencies, particularly at XO, Euphoria and Vogue. That has good and bad points. If he wants the "prototype" Montreal college coed GFE experience. He can probably feel pretty safe booking anyone from them, although my preference is still toward booking a highly reviewed lady. Most are still in their 20's, so they ain't old and washed up, even if they have 50 reviews.

Many other Montreal agencies have several ladies that are just as good or better than those big three agencies that seem to emphasize Branding. My favorite in Montreal was with Wildtime, but she isn't on the roster currently. And Mikes Mansion has some of the hottest ladies in town and also does Branding to an extent, but has a slightly greater variance between ladies in my opinion than the other three. You kind of have to treat the Unicorns as a statistical outlier, since not everyone is into fetish. If you are, they are the best.

At one time, that wasn't the case. I got a threesome once with the Montreal Satin Dreamz agency, and one lady Carmen was in the top 10 percent of providers I have ever seen, and the other lady was an abnormal acting beast. I had the beast leave halfway through the session to enjoy Carmen. I had originally booked Carmen and another highly rated lady, but the agency insisted on a last minute substitution. And it makes us less likely to try new things that we may like. The milfs, heavier girls, and Goths often go to more eclectic agencies or to agencies that have a lot more of them, and it is easy to forget about trying them if all the attention is focused on three agencies who don't tend to work with them. And of course the CBJ only ladies find it frustrating to work in a market, and with an agency, where BBBJ is expected.

But for the most part, I think the marketing concept of Branding is good. I often mention the story of two consecutive evening in Buenos Aires, where the same agency sent me a GFE girl who looked like Phoebe Cates while she acted in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. The next night (afternoon, actually), they said only one lady was available. She was the grossest, skankiest lady I have ever been with (I think she was non-GFE, but I insisted on that, anyway) and she actually stole the toilet paper from the room. I am not kidding.

In Barcelona, you can read the reviews of what I call the big commercial line-up brothels (in comparison to the small appointment-only brothels that I prefer), and find one guy who honestly said he had the best sexual experience at one of them one night, and the worst sexual experience at the same place the next night. The smaller places do more Branding, and you don't get that. The ladies at many smaller places are of similar age, looks, and do BBBJ as standard. When the marketing concept of Branding works it is very beneficial to customers who are looking for a certain prototype session. The key is for there to be enough competition and a lack of upselling. Right now it seems to be working extraordinarily well in Montreal.

Tough call. Truly new girls don't have pics. In any other market, this would be a red flag (plus I have very specific tastes LOL). My perusal of Vogue, XO &Euphoria web sites shows an equal proportion of new, no photo girls. If a girl has professional photos, changes are large she's not 'new'.

I'd say you'the have a pretty good chance of getting somebody pretty cute with any of the agencies.

The other thing, if you have time, is to befriend the bookers at the agencies and let you preferences be known. They will attempt to satisfy I bet.
