I totally agree that XO is now the worst agencies in terms of booking experience. I spent 10 days in Montreal early July and 4 out of 7 were cancelled last minute. Out of the other three, two were late for 30 and 50 minutes. All girls from euphoria, vogue, mike and velvet were all right on time. I would recommend you to always have a back up plan when booking some of the popular XO girls outcall or incall. And to be honest, the looking and service of XO girls are not any better than the others.

I only used XO once on my most recent visit to Montreal, and I too found them incredibly frustrating to deal with. Last year I arranged a duo booking through XO with Meghan and Angel, and while the girls were not quite the stunners I was hoping for, they provided a terrific service. Full lesbian action, as well as plenty of attention to me. At that time, XO were fantastic to deal with. I made the booking a day in advance, everything went smoothly, and they even texted me apologising that the girls were going to arrive 5 minutes late due to traffic.

What a contrast this time. I felt like treating myself to another lesbian duo, so thought I would ask XO for their suggestions, giving them 24 hours notice. First up, they hung up on me and then asked me to communicate by text instead; so I texted, asking if Noemie and Veronica were comfortable doing a lesbian duo together. Straight away I got a reply saying "Yes that works, I book it? So I confirmed my address and the 9. 30 pm time for the next day and was told "ok its booked she good". Shortly after, I got another text saying Noemie had cancelled her shift tomorrow, so I suggested Florence instead, but I also commented that as Florence is new she might not be comfortable with a duo. XO said "I ask her wait". 5 hours later I hadn't heard back, so after I texted them again, XO said "she's not comfortable for now". I replied "No problem, I will just see Veronica on her own at 9. 30 tomorrow.

Next morning, I noticed XO was advertising that Noemie was available after all. Thinking she had just changed her plans, I texted them to ask if they could confirm my original request of Noemie and Veronica. XO replied "Noemie don't do duo". What the? XO then suggested Veronica with Lauren or Camilla, and as Camilla has terrible reviews on the green site (so she must be really bad!) I opted for Lauren with Veronica. XO replied "Perfect". Several hours later, early evening and looking forward to my duo booking, XO texted to say "Lauren doesn't do duos. Camilla can". Totally frustrated, I gave up on the duo idea, had a fabulous time with Veronica on her own (an absolute sweetheart with the most perfect puffy nipples), but my goodness XO were an absolute nightmare.

I must say, I seemed to have a bad run of booking issues this time. I could not find an advance schedule for Euphoria, so had to try to make a booking as soon as they opened in the morning. After calling every minute for 45 minutes I did manage to get through, the booker was very polite and I got a booking confirmation with Carolina; then they texted me to say she had just got her period and was cancelling! The following week, I messaged them to try to book Victoria Mini, and to ask if Euphoria had any duo recommendations; however, they had decided to close for the day as the buzzer at their incall location was not working, and they never did get back to me.

The girl I booked from Mikes Mansion (Brooke) turned up an hour and 40 minutes late, then left 10 minutes early!

Amylie Hamilton (independent) didn't bother to reply to my voicemail.

I contacted Velvet Love to try to make a same-day booking with Erin. Velvet Love said they needed to check with her (which I thought was strange; perhaps she was just on standby? Hours went by, I followed up with Velvet Love, they again said they were not sure if she was available and I subsequently did not hear back. Despite myself, I ended up making another attempt to see her the next week. This time she did arrive, she's a sassy girl but confused me by initially refusing to give BBBJ (because of "health risks") but she relented and gave a great BBBJ; and then upsold me on a CIM finish! Not sure how that equates to her health concerns?!

Thank goodness for Vogue, who I found to be the only reliable agency, and although they too were hard to get hold of by phone sometimes, they were friendly and efficient. From Vogue I would particularly recommend Anna (always smiling, a friendly, sexy blonde who provides a great service), and Julia (while not a head-turner, she was a great choice for GFE service with great conversation and many laughs). My only regret with Vogue is that I didn't get to see the truly wonderful Chloe, who only works occasionally.

I guess things go in cycles, but for now I agree that XO seems to be totally disorganised and were a pain to deal with.

I agree. I've seen Scarlett's face and body extensively on her social media and she really isn't all that. XO prescribes to the quantity over quality business model. There schedule of active girls have grown a lot recently they probably can't keep up w / the traffic, lack of rooms, and maybe lack of drivers. They really only had a handful of girls that were worth seeing, maybe even less now. Some of them have jumped to another agency or haven't worked in a while. The great marketing on the green board makes it seem like they are better than they actually are. A lot of these girls rotate through the various agencies so its hard to say which agency is best but in terms of service and quality I think Euphoria is top.

Surprising to hear this. All my Xo experiences with Elena and most recently Scarlett were all on time and no cancellation. I did have Safia cancel on me (which I'm hearing is a good thing) but Amanda who at 'the time was handling the bookings directed me to Elena who was brand spanking new! I am forever in debt to her, LOL.

On a recent trip Sam actually worked hard to get Catherine to me via outcall and did secure a spot but it didn't jive with my work schedule.

Sometimes, it helps to call or send email or text and introduce yourself a week prior to your visit so your not some random bloke. I've done this with XO and Euphoria. Most of the time I've had the opportunity to see who I wanted, but it's sometimes on the agencies terms. They got to make their cash and do what they got to do So it is what it is.

I can see it being frustrating. The scenario I get is the following.

Agency A and be's weekly schedule comes out and you pick provider A for Wednesday evening.

Then Wednesday morning superstar Provider see comes on schedule from agency see who has awesome reviews. I know a ton of guys call and would cancel provider A who is also solid but I would feel bad as this would sometimes fuck up the logistics of how that providers bookings flow that day. Someone could lose out on some serious cash.

Only city in the world this happens to me. Anywhere else I send email 2 weeks before say who I want, they are either available or not.

Anywhoo point of all this, introduce yourself prior to your visit. It helps.

Just got back from a few days in Montreal. Got the bait and switch feeling with XO all week. Booked for the week, everyday last minute cancel then get a list of who's available.

XO canceled 5 appointments in 4 days and only offered incall for all the more popular ladies (anyone over $220). Shelly, Shelly, Amanda, Katie, Elena and Dakota All got canceled last minute. Saw Safia (after Elena canceled) & Meghan. Both were subpar. Safia. Looks 6, personality-5, performance-5 Just wanted to do the bare minimum and go, has invasiline plastic braces in, couldn't do BBBJ much, and also kept coughing the entire hour (I hope I don't get sick from her). My theories.

Basically all the indy posting on merb have a minimum price matching or exceeding the highest priced agencies ones. Once upon a time you'd perhaps find a plethroa more in line with agency rates, but now healthy skepticism of anyone in that range is required. Those lower priced indy girls are a lot more likely to give a very average, bare minimum GFE, or be YMMV. Of course that doesn't mean higher priced girls offer better service / pereonality / wtv across the board. They do not.

To answer your question, the indy will say it's for attracting a certain type of client and offsetting higher operating cost. They will almost universally make more profit relative to a lady paying a Booker per hour, but not necessarily overall. In the end, the main difference is the indy uses more of her time to arrange things. And among the ladies they consider their time precious.

For the clients, they will price a certain way to attract a certain type of client. At the higher prices, they want the kind of clients that view selection of the girl almost like a date. They want someone who values the emotional / mental aspect as much as the physical, since this will have them come back again even if the sex is better with someone else. Not all indy want that of course, but usually once that price at $300 an hour or more have that sort of intent. Check out Charlotte post on the other forum. She basically says at much. On the flip side, the girls who don't subscribe to those ideas charging higher rates tend to have the bimbo / porn look, be older, or give so many acronyms their service is truly unique in Montreal. Not so much the latter anymore thanks to unicorn healers.
