XO prescribes to the quantity over quality business model. There schedule of active girls have grown a lot recently they probably can't keep up w / the traffic, lack of rooms, and maybe lack of drivers. They really only had a handful of girls that were worth seeing, maybe even less now. Some of them have jumped to another agency or haven't worked in a while. The great marketing on the green board makes it seem like they are better than they actually are. A lot of these girls rotate through the various agencies so its hard to say which agency is best but in terms of service and quality I think Euphoria is top.

Surprising to hear this. All my Xo experiences with Elena and most recently Scarlett were all on time and no cancellation. I did have Safia cancel on me (which I'm hearing is a good thing) but Amanda who at 'the time was handling the bookings directed me to Elena who was brand spanking new! I am forever in debt to her, LOL.

On a recent trip Sam actually worked hard to get Catherine to me via outcall and did secure a spot but it didn't jive with my work schedule.

Sometimes, it helps to call or send email or text and introduce yourself a week prior to your visit so your not some random bloke. I've done this with XO and Euphoria. Most of the time I've had the opportunity to see who I wanted, but it's sometimes on the agencies terms. They got to make their cash and do what they got to do So it is what it is.

I can see it being frustrating. The scenario I get is the following.

Agency A and be's weekly schedule comes out and you pick provider A for Wednesday evening.

Then Wednesday morning superstar Provider see comes on schedule from agency see who has awesome reviews. I know a ton of guys call and would cancel provider A who is also solid but I would feel bad as this would sometimes fuck up the logistics of how that providers bookings flow that day. Someone could lose out on some serious cash.

Only city in the world this happens to me. Anywhere else I send email 2 weeks before say who I want, they are either available or not.

Anywhoo point of all this, introduce yourself prior to your visit. It helps.

Just got back from a few days in Montreal. Got the bait and switch feeling with XO all week. Booked for the week, everyday last minute cancel then get a list of who's available.

XO canceled 5 appointments in 4 days and only offered incall for all the more popular ladies (anyone over $220). Shelly, Shelly, Amanda, Katie, Elena and Dakota All got canceled last minute. Saw Safia (after Elena canceled) & Meghan. Both were subpar. Safia. Looks 6, personality-5, performance-5 Just wanted to do the bare minimum and go, has invasiline plastic braces in, couldn't do BBBJ much, and also kept coughing the entire hour (I hope I don't get sick from her). Wanted to upsell 3 some with her friends. Stay away. Meghan- didn't see all the beauty everyone was raving about, she is thicker than I pictured. My theories.

Basically all the indy posting on merb have a minimum price matching or exceeding the highest priced agencies ones. Once upon a time you'd perhaps find a plethroa more in line with agency rates, but now healthy skepticism of anyone in that range is required. Those lower priced indy girls are a lot more likely to give a very average, bare minimum GFE, or be YMMV. Of course that doesn't mean higher priced girls offer better service / pereonality / wtv across the board. They do not.

To answer your question, the indy will say it's for attracting a certain type of client and offsetting higher operating cost. They will almost universally make more profit relative to a lady paying a Booker per hour, but not necessarily overall. In the end, the main difference is the indy uses more of her time to arrange things. And among the ladies they consider their time precious.

For the clients, they will price a certain way to attract a certain type of client. At the higher prices, they want the kind of clients that view selection of the girl almost like a date. They want someone who values the emotional / mental aspect as much as the physical, since this will have them come back again even if the sex is better with someone else. Not all indy want that of course, but usually once that price at $300 an hour or more have that sort of intent. Check out Charlotte post on the other forum. She basically says at much. On the flip side, the girls who don't subscribe to those ideas charging higher rates tend to have the bimbo / porn look, be older, or give so many acronyms their service is truly unique in Montreal. Not so much the latter anymore thanks to unicorn healers.

I always wondered why there weren't more MILFs (35 and older) in a city like Montreal. Although this phenomenon is not uncommon in other world cities. One good thing that has occurred in the Montreal scene in the last five years is an increase in the marketing concept of Branding. There is a greater conformity regarding facial looks, body style, age of provider, and GFE services at certain Montreal agencies, particularly at XO, Euphoria and Vogue. That has good and bad points. If he wants the "prototype" Montreal college coed GFE experience. He can probably feel pretty safe booking anyone from them, although my preference is still toward booking a highly reviewed lady. Most are still in their 20's, so they ain't old and washed up, even if they have 50 reviews.
