Hum correct. Got confused by the Burner app actually. So yes a burner phone that would use a local number would be fine. An app that provides virtual phone numbers (like the burner app) will usually get blocked.

Easiest in my opinion is to buy an old cheap android device and buy a local sim card.

It is really, really a different market.

Montreal women are at least ten times as wealthy as Colombian providers, they think their rates are way too low compared to Toronto and the United States, they are often time-pressed with work and school, and they work escort shifts where they are expected to be available during the shift for calls. Hanging out with a customer at a low hourly rate ain't going to happen, in my opinion.
