An offset to the higher hotel costs in DT MTL is maybe I won't need to rent a car, but Uber when needed. So I am tempted. Negative is I do not know a word of French and my mind doesn't learn languages very well! Google Translate may help if needed.

Very good comparison. I have been going to Toronto at least once a year for about 15 yrs (lots of posts on TERB). I stay in the airport area or Sauga and rarely go downtown. Many of the agencies now have nice incalls in the airport / Mississauga area. I hate the 401 and DT parking!

However, I am being lured to Montreal. If rates are the same I'd rather do outcall to hotel and avoid finding a place, parking, etc. The disadvantage of Montreal seems to be the much higher hotel rates downtown. I often stay at a very nice Best Western Plus near Toronto airport and pay about $CDN120/. Night and usually stay 7-10 days. I love downtown Toronto. I have no problem with the options available from Hush companions, SExy friends Toronto, minx and mirage. Plenty to keep me busy. Plus lots of great restaurants, bars and lounges, comedy and improve clubs to go out with civilians during the day. If the lads want to go to the strip clubs that for sure better in Saugus and airport area than we chip in for an Uber.

Thanks for all the info you guys have posted over the years. I popped my cherry and sampled the pleasures of Montreal. I stayed Downtown and due to my impatience, I took an Uber. Lyft wasn't an option. The uber was too expensive, but I didn't want to wait for the bus. Once settled in my room, I browsed the mentioned sites, including leolist and I even found the green room. Visited Chez Paree in Montreal a few months ago. It was a Friday night, and a long weekend in the states, so the line was long to get it with lots of young people. Waited about 30-40 minutes. Upon entry paid the cover and then the bouncer walked us to a table even though we just wanted to stand by the bar area. We sat down and then each had to tip him about $1-2. We eventually got up and went to the bar area and got drinks and stood in the corner by the entrance to the dance booths. The atmosphere was great and I would definitely go back just to hang out.

There was another club nearby walking distance, I do not remember the name, but you have to go up a steep staircase and it was a bit low end inside. I would not recommend that place as the lap dance booths have narrow chairs with arm rests to minimize the quality of the dances (based on what the dancers told me), and it made sense as they really had trouble with dancing properly.
