You are overthinking this. If you stay near the orange line or green line, you will be fine. If you are looking for a hotel or an Airbnb in a apt / condo building, the area around where the orange line and green line parallel is great for everything including getting places fast. The Guy-Concordia area a ton of good and affordable restaurants.

I also like hanging out in Le Plateau. It's problematic to stay here for my outcalls because it isn't a district with hotels or large residential buildings. Your host in this neighborhood would likely live nearby and / or their neighbors would see your young, hot guests coming and going.

There is only 3 incall agency besides MP's. Euphoria is walking distance from downtown. XO is 6 subway stations away. Velvet is also 6 subway stations away. All 3 very easy to reach. All 3 with great incall. My favorite is Velvet as I love the Mont-Royal area where they are located.

Once you walk out the door, you are in between the two major streets where the good restaurants and shops are at, it is near two major metro stations, walking distance from the 747 airport bus stop, and near Old Town and the place I rent a bike from.

But if you don't have loyalty points, there are plenty of mid-range hotels within a two or three mile radius of this type of hotel. I remember staying at the LE'Apartment Hotel for a good price, and it was fine.
