I can't figure out from your post what you are really looking for. Frankfurt has a very insignificant escort scene. Its marketplace is dominated by FKKs due to that being the preference of conventioneers. If spending many hours at one place that is somewhat similar to a highly upscale strip joint is your preference, then it is obviously a great place. Be aware of the need to pay extra for BBBJ if that is your preference.

But I am not certain how well a guy with no Portuguese and few contacts would do. All the other cities are much easier to navigate than the small Brazilian city you mentioned.

You are not going to change the fact that its culture and escort system results in London's best escorts commanding some of the world's highest prices. I'm sorry, but I think your trying to paint a Rembrandt with a paint roller. All the places you listed are fine and offer different programs. This topic has been done to death on various city forums on ISG. It's actually more practical to compare Montreal directly to Germany as opposed to trying to compare the entire global offerings. I think it's always been a pattern on the Montreal scene that a couple of agencies develop great rosters of girls (at least based on photos and reviews), then become wildly popular and get a huge amount of attention from everyone. The agencies and reviewers change over the years but the pattern remains the same.

Once an agency becomes one of the top two or three most popular on the Montreal board, I tend to avoid it. It's not that I wouldn't book a girl from an agency that is really popular, but I like to discover hidden gems among the smaller, lower profile agencies. Some that I would recommend are Montreal Sex City, Asservissante and Wild Time. If you choose carefully, there are still some great girls at those agencies.
