I'm coming back to Bangkok next week and plan to join premium membership before arriving in Thailand so should I list the phone number in my country or the one in Thailand in order to use other features and book companions?

Also I want to ask if the companions do actually provide services they list on their profiles: COF, DFK?

Sorry to hear about this problem. We encourage the agencies to resolve issues with the clients fairly and giving a discount is something we are happy to suggest to them, 5-10% seems very fair in cases where delays happen on a booking which is booked more than 4 hours in advance.

The agencies are aware of the improtance of good ratings and feedback, so they should feel under pressure to resolve these issues, especially when the client is not at fault.

I've done smooci a total of 5 times. Only 2 turned out to be similar to the photos. Look at this profile. The tattoos and tits are not even in existence. How and why does smooci allow this to happen all the time? Guys should start their own Thread on ISG to review smooci girls. Saves people a lot of headaches and money.

We haven't received any complaints or emails about this companion so we are unaware of it. We respond and act on all direct feedback but if you choose to post something on a forum before contacting us directly you can't expect us to have acted before hand.

The comment system posts everything on the profiles of the companions unedited, and when a companions gets a series of low ratings or a low overall rating we look into why and react. Thanks for the reply, my concern was that exactly. Sending a request and not getting a reply. Time is money and booking a girl 4 hours ahead of time and not receiving confirmation 3 hours later wouldn't be the greatest way to do business.

We are trying to run Smooci as a live booking platform, so you should usually receive a response to booking requests within 1-3 minutes. We use the 10 minute time out rule so that if a companion isn't paying attention to her phone and doesn't respond within 10 minutes (we send out a reminder notification and SMS at 5 minutes) then the booking is auto declined and the client is informed. When a booking times out we also set the companion offline, so she has to physically go into the app and click to go online again in order to be shown online.

We still get a lot of new escort who take time to get use to the importance of responding fast and only being online when available, so we have introduced short suspensions for when companions time out on too many bookings, or time out on 3 in a row. Hopefully the response rates will continue to improve and we may be able to up the time out to 5 minutes.

When you send a booking request you aren't able to update or change that request until it is accepted or declined. The companions have a 10 minute countdown to accept or decline the request or it is timed out and auto declined. If you changed your mind immediately after sending a booking request, if it is accepted you can cancel it as soon as you receive the confirmation.

The companion do get an additional explanation of what each service abbreviation means when selecting their services.

We don't yet have a feature to send questions to companions prior to bookings. The only current way is to use the special requests box to add questions and once a booking is accepted you have direct contact with the companion to chat.
