When a booking is made you are given direct contact with the agency / companion and vice versa. Any calls you recieved would be from the companion or agency, and the SMS updates you get are automated so sending reply messages to these will not go through. I'm not sure who you were calling back, but it couldn't have been Smooci.

I understand your disappointment but I think it's a bit unfair to openly label us as being flakey as we ddin't receive any direct contact from you about this. We do have a help email address and can be contacted at contact@smooci.com (visible in the booking form) but we didn't receive any contact from you during this booking. In this instance as the booking had essentially started you should have still received a review form which will allow you to leave a comment and rating (if you didn't please contact us).

When a client or companion cancels a booking we have to respect their decision (for whatever reason that is), and if the other party feels this was unfair we can offer them a chance to leave a review which will warn others. In more serious cases we can also try suspend or ban the other person, and if a client feels they were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, we can also try to help the client communicate wit the agency or companion and try to hold them respponsible to resolve the matter amicably.

Turning down what I imagine was a 10 k gig is a little unusual to say the least. I guess there are two sides to every story but if this is a regular occurrence for J-Net (odd name) and assuming Smooci are following up they should drop her from the roster.

We don't have any policies on payments and cancelltions, the companions and agencies set these themselves and this remains between the client and the companion, just as with most other sites. This genuinely isn't an insult, but no one has posted a louder or more opnionated voice on Smooci than yourself, it would be intersting to know your opinion after trying the service. You always bring a very strong opinion on Smooci and you are quite fastidious in picking through what people have previously posted, digging out quotes and sometimes adding your context on those quotes, but most of what you say is based on what others have said, and sometimes not accurate or subject to being a 2nd or 3rd hand experience rather than commenting on personal experience of meeting a girl through Smooci.

But I prefer to keep things here on a "sharing ideas only" basis without risking compromising that goal by so much as knowingly meeting other posters, especially frequent posters. In a sense, that would apply in this case, too. For example, what value would a positive review of going through the Smooci system prove coming from the guy who had now famously gotten a free premium membership from them? Same with meeting up with other frequent posters. If someone I had met and developed a friendship with read a post from me that struck him as utterly contrary to his experience, he might pull his punches on pointing that out as strongly as he should simply because he and I had become friends.

I certainly understand why you would prefer I comment on a personal experience after having booked a girl through Smooci. I can guarantee you that we have never pruposely held back, deleted, hidden, or edited any genuine user comments.

The only occassion on which we would hide / removed a comment was when we were under a strong suspicion that a booking was fake / staged and done in order to give a false high rating and good comment. This has happened only a few times and in every occassion it was a positive comment and rating which we were very sure was fake.

It's not possible for agencies or indepdenents to turn off or block comments. Not every client will leave a comment, in fact it's only about half that leave a rating and about half of those that also leave a comment, so it's possible for a girl to have several bookings without having any comments. However it would be strange for a girl to have bookings in the double figures and no reviews. If you notice any girls that seem to have a lot of bookings and no reviews, please let us know and we can look into it.

If there are any posters here that have had a booking through Smooci and have had their comment deleted or edited please speak up and let us know.

Thai Friendly makes ALL of their income off of people who sign up for Premium membership. The girls are free to come and go as they please.

I'm assuming Smooci has some sort of fee, or stipend per call for the girls (either from them or the agency they work for), as the primary income. That means the girls they have available are a premium to them, and they can't afford to lose business to guys / girls who set up appointments outside the system. That would defeat the whole purpose.

We only monetize through premium client memberships. We do offer a premium escort membership which offers them more features and promotion, but most agencies and girls operate on the site for free and at the moment the client memberships are by far our main source of income.

Escorts generally are paid within 10 minutes of arrival as against I presume on her way home in the case of Thai Friendly hook ups.
