It was more than 3 days ago. Unfortunately, the damage is done now and there is nothing you can do to fix it. You need to understand about customer discretion if you are going to do this business. These are things you should have discussed with the agencies you have decided to cooperate with before going into business with them. If it was your staff, they should know better. If it was a staff memeber from the girl's agency, why are they double confirming or tripple confirming appointments? My understanding is that is what they pay you to do. If they wanted to do it themselves, they would not cooperate with you. I hope you see my points in all this. I'm sticking to my views on not using your service anymore and would not recommend it to anyone if they want to book to their personal residence or condo.

I think there's a misunderstanding about how our bookings team works and how we interact with the agencies.

The agencies don't pay us anything, nor do the companions, and we don't earn any money from the bookings. The way we monetize is through our premium memberships which has just launched, and this is our only income (I will post more about this later). We offered some customer service support to the agencies for an initial period, for free, in order to get the agencies onboard to help us launch. One of the agencies no longer uses our bookings team as they have a large team themselves, and we are fazing out the call verification out with the other agencies, and we are already relying on the SMS verification where we can, in order to avoid the calls.

With the launch of the premium accounts and the upcoming companion's app, call verification will be fazed out completely from within our team.

We do have a set of standards, along with a warning and banning system, which we hold all companions and agencies to. So in cases such as yours we rely on your feedback in order to act accordingly.

I would make two suggestions for your service. First, I believe that if a member takes the time to review his date, then he should be given a certain amount of review access for free. I agree totally that if a website solicits reviews and ratings they should allow access to reviews and ratings by those who spend the time to post same. Again, I suspect it was the agency who did this as the staff we've had on for the last 7 shifts have all been with us for some time. But if it was done by a member of our staff then we wholeheartedly apologise and we can speak to that member of staff and find out why they did it and make sure they don't do it again. Or if it was the agency we can speak to them and warn them about this and get them inline with how we contact clients.

It's not policy for our booking staff to ask who is staying at a room, their script is to give the room number and use the given name.

Can you contact us to let us know the details and we can look in to it, or at least let us know why you are sure it was our booking staff and not the agency. Without knowing more we cannot act.

As standard practice our bookings staff wouldn't ask questions as to who was staying at a condo, the strict practice of confirming a location is to ask to speak to Mr XXXXX or ask to be put through to Mr XXXXXX, and if the reception didn't recognise this name they would apologise and end the call politely, and then contact the client via mobile or email to check the accommodation details once again. The bookings team are very good at sticking to script when speaking to receptions. In the case of private residences and condos the bookings team are trained to actually avoid making contact when possible.

As this was not your first booking I suspect that the bookings team saw the SMS verification as enough and confirmed your booking, passing the info on to the agency, and that the agency or companion decided to call and make contact. If you can email us direct and let us know the details we can look into it and speak to whomever contacted you so it won't happen again.
