OK so I'm not used to average vacationers. I started out with my two friends both of them have travel to the DR several times with me. But I'm so used to The way I travel I forgot how time-consuming the average person gets hit with.

I have a carry-on and TSA pre-check. When I arrive at the airport I just walk to the gate of my flight. I don't have to wait in line and check in my luggage.

I'm not carrying Any liquids that are over 3. 4 ounces. Most of the time I after enter the airport, I am sitting waiting for my flight in about 12 to 15 minutes on an average. The less time consuming route has me spoiled.

Our flight was at eight so we arrived in the airport about 615. American airline was understaffed. Three agents to process about 50 people. Normally that's not too bad, however we had about eight Elderly Jamaicans a head of us. They act like it was the first time flying. They Held up one agent the whole time we were waiting.

Due to the covert situation I had to Use the kiosk because all I had was a carry-on whole process took about four minutes. However my friends were just in time for the Agent to tell them it was too late to check in their bags. One of my friends went ballistic. He didn't use profanity but he expressed feelings of everyone behind him who had their luggage to be processed.

I tried to intervene until my friends relax just tell her you're not checking any bags and get your ticket. All we need to do is for her to issue you a ticket we can handle the rest.

But no my friend goes to argue with the lady after she gave us our tickets. He gets so loud with her she comes from behind the desk and follow us to security. Arguing with them with their over size bags, saying they cannot get on the plane with those. I left them. They couldn't come the way I was walking. I go through the pre-check line. Meanwhile TSA had a field day with their luggage. They both expected their luggage to go through check in. I try to hold up the boarding process axing questions and telling them my friends are insecurity on their way. The lady told me they closing the door in four minutes. They made it in five minutes and still had a couple behind them.

We arrived in the DR on time. I had my Covid test in my back pocket. No one asked for it no one showed it.
