I have been in Victoria a year and have 3 experiences here. All have been from opportunities on Government street, north of Monty's (in response to the Victoria Stroll question). I am pretty careful to screen the situation carefully. I won't contribute to drug problems, and don't want to pick up any unwanted internal friends. I was in town for business and Had a great weekend in Victoria 2 weeks ago. I went down Govt st thanks to all the info shared on this board. Actually, I see decline in quality of service in Victoria. Back in 5-7 yrs ago there were more "houses" with well stocked GFE girls, good personality, I even made a few friends with some of them. Back then, the SW girls were pretty good quality. Finally, 5 years ago, US$1 = CAD$1.7 and a full hour GFE in house was CAD$150 which is less than USD$80-. Now, whereas the quality of the girls maintains, GFE becomes less and less and the entire Victoria scene seems to be in decline as you only have 3 agencies. Add in the inflation when 1 hr GFE runs about CAD$180-$200. This is at a time when USD is about 90cents to the CAD$.
