I use seeking alot in europe where's there's greater VFM. But in general you will find the following based on my personal experience. Bear in mind this requires the usual fuckton of work to find these gems on Seeking. These are all ppm.

US big cities. 500. May be able to get 400 in smaller cities. Tough to go much lower and have quality.

Madrid 200-300 or even higher. Had a model who asked 1000 but settled for 400 but no overnight.

Brazil bargain. 100-150 for amazing girls. See my Rio report for a goddess 9. 5 I had for 100 usd.

Mexico City -200 ish.

UK -300-400 takes some work but they exist.

Buenos Aires -200-300.

Has anyone else experienced the ridiculous prices being quoted by the SBs off late? It's just completely off the charts, I just got quoted $4 k per meet or $15 k per month by a not so stunning SB, truly incredible! .

I regularly get asked for aed 3-5 k but usd 4 k is a new high point. For monthly, have been asked for aed 40 k as the high point.

The rule of thumb I have developed is that month of them will be happy with their monthly rent being covered.

So to research allowances it is better to check Propertyfinder, bayt or dubbizle. LOL!

This is especially true if she has the whole apartment / studio. This is for more ongoing SB rather than the hard core ppm crowd.
