I recently contacted Cats agency and their girls were just meh.

I was just thinking about how to compare the current flock of Russian agencies in Dubai and coincidentally I came across your post. In my opinion for lovers of Russian and EE girls Dubai, is probably the best market on earth. Maybe London can compete, but not in terms of age and price. I find that working girls need to be fairly experienced before she works her way into the London Market, whereas in Dubai there are allot of newbies first getting into the market, and for a allot of them, they start out in the business with these agencies in Dubai. Like Diva, Cats, Kiss, VIP and perhaps others I don't know about. Lucky us. Now generally speaking most of these agencies have the same operating model and by that I mean, accurate photos, reasonably clean and well located in call facilities, and fairly reliable outcall service. So what are the variables? Well first,

Price: I find most of them are in the same price range for the 1st hour which is in the range of 1,000 to 1,400 depending on in call or outcall and any extras like CIM or ANAL or Rimming, which range from about 200 to 500 for each. However where the real discrepancy in prices between agencies is what happens at the second hour. Some will charge the same full 1,000 per additional hour. Some will charge half that for each additional hour. That's a pretty significant variance between agencies for what is essentially the same service.

Second,

Service: Some agencies will list each girls service clearly on her profile pics. CIM, Anal and Rimming seem to the standard up charges. OWO in always included. Some agencies have a bit more extreme options like MMF, Couples and Lesbo. This is good, because even if the girl has limited English on arrival, you can be sure that she knows what she needs to do when you booked the right services ahead of time. Some agencies don't list any services on a girl's profile but when you ask the booking agent, you get the menu. Okay that's an annoying extra step, but we get there in the end. Some agencies don't list services and when you ask, they come back to you with the most annoying answer 'What you want?" If you see this walk way. If an agency charging these prices doesn't have the decency manage their girls and clients expectations, you can be pretty damn sure that their only motivation is to grab your money with the least effort possible. Customer satisfaction and retention is not part of their equation.

And perhaps finally.

The girls: here I have found no rhyme or reason. All the Russian agencies in this 1,000 to 1,500 price range appear to be recruiting from the same stock. All the girls are young, limited to decent English, tend to follow their scripts pretty well, and in the end I would rank all my sessions across all agencies from 6-8 out of ten. Which is a pretty good batting average. There are of course outliers on both ends, in which some girls were horrible, and in which some we absolutely outstanding, but on those extreme cases, I can say that almost universally, they don't last long, either moving on to bigger and better things, or dropping out. The contingent of 'average' girls tend to stick around and do several return visits to Dubai over the course of a year or two.

Now I don't know if I have said anything insightful or useful here. I just happen to like this bracket of service here in Dubai. I think it ranks well globally when it comes to price and quality. I still find my self trying to figure out of I'm am using the right agencies based on the criteria I have laid out above. I wonder sometimes, if I should go the route of others who venture into the clubs digging for gold. But honestly I am just to lazy for that. I like my room service. I do every now a then move up the pay scale into the 5,000 AED range, and sometimes into the 8,000 AED range. At this range your expectations (and risk) are obviously much higher but I have found that the right agencies / agents generally deliver quality. The girls appearance (face, body and fashion) will be far far superior. They will also be good conversationists, and will likely give you a run for your money in most social settings as well. Needless to say, most of the time they will be firecrackers in bed, with more of a passionate effort than the lower end girls who bang three to 5 guys a day for four weeks straight.

In anycase, just thought I'd jot down some thoughts and perhaps solicit some feedback. Does anyone have any observations on how these agencies operate compared to each other and which offer more value than others?

For Russians and EE's, the price of MR is rapidly approaching those in clubs. You save on the club entry fees but you get the girl in action.
