As some of you know I search for shopping gems in Tijuana. Hence this thread I started for goods and services.

Today I came across a real gem of a store. This place looks like it belongs in South Beach, Miami but the prices are Tijuana. Just beautiful leather bags, shoes, wallets, belts etc. A totally different level of quality than what you see on Revolucion. More in tune with tienda Cuadra in Plaza Rio and Galerias or even a higher caliber boutique.

Well worth a look into. Located within waling distance of Hotel Ticuan.

Coming into Tijuana on the 20th of May (I hope this Title expiration crap is cleared up by then! I would like to treat myself to a spa while there (Staying at Hong Kong Cascadas). I have a driver who offers cross border service for roughly $100 a trip depending where you are located. He is a really nice guy 81 years. I did several trips with him over a period of time. His service is called Frontier Express. He wouldn't be able to handle furniture but anything else that loads up into his car he will drive it across for you. PM me if you need his details.

Can you be a little more specific as to what you need done and for what type of car? On Constitucion starting at 9th st there is a whole strip of car audio shops that deal with electrical issues but more sound related issues * I think.

Costco is free in the states. Before your year is up, tell them you're not happy and get your money back.

When living in Tijuana I had the Mexico Costco membership it was like 400 pesos at that time. It worked in the US as well just depends where you use it or if the employee is new because they have to type in some special "International code". Now the good thing is that in the US it takes more work for them to see if the membership is still valid. So I was able to use my card for about 3 years without paying for it since they never tried to verify it.

Hey all:

My daughter damaged the paint and dented the rear fender of her car; thought I'the go to Tijuana for some UTR repair work. The Captain mentioned good results with Carrillo on Calle 3 & Ave. Negrete a few years back. Anyone know if they're still good (or have better options)? If they're still good, Cap, do I need to set an appointment? If so, I can't seem to find a phone number, though I've located the shop on Google maps. Your help and advise would be greatly appreciated!
