i'm going to offer some advice for your consideration before you go for any kind of street action.

joe stated the pro's and cons. first there is the risk of le..... don't go kidding yourself if you think that parking a couple of blocks away will protect you. if she's le, all they have to do is follow you back to your vehicle.

Spent the last two weeks in Winnipeg on business. First time in about four years. Checked out the street scene and the independents. Wow, I was surprised.
