I have an S22 Ultra. The Gusto and La Isla pictures were taken in low light conditions. The Gusto fotos are clear and sharp, even showing the park below. The La Isla foto obviously had to use a slow shutter speed to compensate for the low light. The photo of the girl, lighting is good, but photo is not sharp, lower resolution than the Gusto fotos. With an S21 that photo should be much better.

I use gero. I think only Americans use gringo (cowboy movies) . Though there are many home grown Blondies in Latin American (19th century immigration).

Guero is another often synonymous word with gringo but in Mexico, I've never heard it used in Colombia. But I think guero just means a fair-skinned person as opposed to gringo because you often hear Mexicans refer to fair-skinned Mexicans as guero.
