The one you're talking about is obvious. What you are paying for is what you should be getting. If I've called up a 5'3" 90# blond and a 160# linebacker shows up, she's not getting in the door, or getting paid. If I tell her 3 hours and she wants to go after 45 minutes, it's not happening. All good and normal stuff.
