On this board no good deed goes unpunished. I know you are just trying to help people out but some simply do not deserve your help because they would rather live in their own reality instead the the reality that actually exists in real life. You simply may have shattered their world ideas by putting out real and factual information developed from your personal experiences over the years. Individuals who do not understand they are dealing with other human beings and that other human factors come into play when it comes to prices should simply continue to pay what they choose to pay. Individuals who refuse to work on their mind (leaning Spanish) or their appearance (hit the gym and put on some decent clothes) should simply continue to pay what they need to pay to get what they want.

I get the same thing in the countries I post in primarily. No one wants to hear what the real pricing schemes are once you get off of the tourist economy. Then if they admit that those prices are possible they say the girls are ugly and drug addicted. It is a coping mechanism for them. When someone knows what possible, but they choose to do it in a different way, time needs to be spent in the mirror. Not attacking individuals trying to educate others. They are not you. When YyzTravel posted about pricing he was stating his observations of what hes experienced but did not know the full context of your situation with the chica at the moment. AH2 you're a gentleman of leisure in the game for many moons now as I've read your reports from around the world thru the years so there was no need to defend yourself or feel personally slighted in his post. Because once you explained the context and intangibles of the situation with the chica as you did below, I'm pretty sure YyzTravel understood more of your interaction with that chica and that his post wasnt a personal attack on you but a price gauge to guys that's coming to Medellin and the square bears of the world when dealing with women. And from your reports thru the years you're far from a square bear.

Anyway I hope I helped ease the tension in the room. Been on this site for along time now and one thing I found disheartening was when two mongers that post quality reports verbally get into it. Its the number #1 reason why so many great monger gents that post quality knowledge and insight of their experience stop posting on the forum all together. And I'm tired of seeing that happening. I don't need your pity my life is f'and great. I get to live a life that many dream of. I spent 5 months out of the country last year. I'll likely purchase property in Colombia and Africa over the next two years. When I first joined the board, it was a treasure trove of knowledge and information being past down. That is brilliant except for the fact that increasing the money supply has lead to inflation which has caused higher interest rates, and the USA government is paying 5 X as much interest on the debt as it was. So they are not inflating their way out of jack shit.

Yeah, well, this is just the beginning. I posted about the mindset of Colombians I know. I posted what the mayor of Medellin said about sex tourism and that the USA was backing up the mayor. If you get arrested in any way these days, you are not getting USA government help and are on your own, and this is the response I got.
