I clearly said that I know nothing more than what I wrote and don't know anything--I don't think me asking about this rumor has changed the reputation of the Mansion, Poblado, Medellin, Scoping people, girls, board members, or anything else. Your aggresive response may change your reputation-I can't say for sure-that's not my place either.

No desire to 'just gossip', but certainly curious becuase, like you, I have only had good experiences there, I like the place, and I would hope nothing like this happened and that what I read in social media posts was false.

Imagine finding out your girlfriend who you thought you could possibly have a lasting relationship with was on seeking before you even knew about seeking. What would you do? How would you feel?

Well it happened to me 6 months after officially making her my GF. Yup I only found out because I noticed she liked a video talking about seeking. So my gut told me to make an account and see if anyone I know was on there. My heart sank when I saw her profile pop up. I felt disgusted for days and never saw her the same.

I pretended to be someone else to see if she would agree to meet up but she was very flaky with her responses. I eventually got her to tell me what she was looking for and sex was something that came up but she said only after getting to know me more. She was trying to get me to call her to hear my voice I guess.

Long story short I ended up confronting her about it and the relationship fell apart. A part of me still feels I should have seen how much further I could have exposed her to see if she would actually meet up because she claimed she was too shy to meet anyone and she was just trying to scam guys for money. I doubt it. But during that time I wasn't really helping her with money so maybe that's true. Either way don't ever trust these scandalous ass females and especially don't ever take a girl that's ever been on seeking serious.

There may be some truth to the rumor but it didn't happen at the Mansion. There was a guy staying at the Mansion that was out partying on the town that was scoped and robbed. I believe his name was Anthony. This happened around December 29th. I was out at Provenza last night for dinner with a friend and a couple of Mansion girls. I asked them about this and they hadn't heard anything about it.

They got his jewlery, money and cell phone.

I would not care one way or the other. You didn't have to give her money so why would you care. Recently I found out a chick that I was messing with was a hooker. I have known her for 10 years and had no idea. The only way I found out was because I posted about her here and some guy figured out who she was and ran and told that I posted about her. She confronted me about it and confessed that she was a hooker before but never charged me anything because I was special to her. Not sure why people run and tell chicks about being posted about here. I guess they are expecting brownie points. They are hurting the girl way more than they are hurting the person that posted.

If there is still a dedicated thread for the Gringo Inn I propose this discussion be moved there. I don't know the specifics of the recent reports. I have first hand accounts of the incident of several years ago when armed bandits held up the place and robbed everyone who was present. My advice is no one should assume it's impossible that something similar could happen again. Other than that, as I mentioned, I don't see the point in debating it further here.

Recently there hasn't been that many people at the bar. I was just there early December. How could you drug 9 guys at the same time when there are only 13 rooms in the hotel. Rarely are there even 9 there at a time as everyone is out & about.
