Posts: 223People with disabilities in MDE
Is it just me, or do you see a ton of disabled people everyday in MDE?
Blind people with canes. People missing arms and legs, tons of cleft palates or cleft noses, etc.
And this is everyday, in the states I see this like once in a blue moon.
What is the reason for this? Underdeveloped / expensive healthcare?

And you also failed to do any research so we are given another opportunity to correct BS. Thanks Wink.

Posts: 650Bed Bugs? JFC let's move on.
Seriously dudes? How many ways can we parse the discussion about bed-bugs? Let me make a cordial suggestion.
If you're concerned about bed-bugs and all the different ways to navigate that problem. Just get a better job (or save a little more money) and stay at a nicer hotel. I've never had that problem at any of the hotels that I have ever stayed at.
Out of curiosity are you guys staying at the Motel 6 Mil??

Posts: 4015Yeah that didn't make sense. I think maybe it was supposed to say before you unpack. I personally haven't taken anti bedbug measures in hotels but maybe I should start before my luck runs out.

Posts: 4015It is new information for me that bedbugs are not common in the tropics. It explains a lot, like why I haven't encountered them in some of the sketchy places I've been. I am grateful for my dumb luck on this front.

Bedbugs are more of a problem in more temperate parts of globe, not so much in the tropics.

"Don't Put Your Luggage in Rack:
I don't know why so many people are putting their suitcases on top of their beds and racks, but the truth is, there's nothing wrong with it. I'm not sure why so many people think it's weird, but I don't mind. I think it's pretty cool. ".

Posts: 687The bathtub may just be the most convenient hard surface. It's not like there is a lot of open counter space and if it's just on the bathroom floor it's probably still in the way in most hotel bathrooms. Seems like a good idea to me.
