You need to understand though, unlike the US, Columbia finds it almost impossible to enforce child support, so most fathers there never pay it, even though it is the law. If the mother is highly compensated with an international service, I am afraid that she could afford access to the courts in Columbia and she could get an order for support which she could then bring to the US courts and have enforced (she has the economic means to do this from your description). So, the 25%-30% of income is based on his total income, not just what he earns in Columbia.

If you are referring to me, then the person I was talking about is not a hooker. When I go to Sao Paulo I stay in her house.
