In Florida, I believe the #'s are inflated. People check in at a free testing drive thru, and decide waiting for 4 hours in line to get the test isn't worth it. So, they leave without getting a test, yet a few days later they get a call that they tested positive.

There are towns, less than 100 km from where I live, where the population was hit so badly in March and April, that each family had someone in hospital or dead. They were bringing oxygen bottles from other regions because there were not enough for those at home who could not breath.

While for 99% of people it seems a cold, for the 1%-5% is a bad thing, and if 1,000,000 persons are infected, 1% is 10,000 persons. No region can hospitalize 10,000 persons all together.

I know personally only one person (a colleague) who was sick (with all his family). He was at home for nearly 2 months, and still walks slowly because he feels weak. It's a lottery, and we should be happy to not have a ticket.

The problem with every conspiracy theory is they require much more than any of the conspiracy theorist can fathom in order to work. In this case, every employee, in every hospital, every family member, friend and co-worker of every victim, every funeral director, every company that makes caskets. All of them have to coordinate together to craft a consistent story. That's in virtually every country around the world. My old highschool classmate, another nurse, watched half of her patients die over a 6 week period. Now she's wondering if her daughter-in-law will survive, wondering if her and her husband will be headed to the hospital.

If you know of absolutely no one who has been affected, consider yourself lucky. I predict that will come to an end before the end of August, probably sooner..

I'm not living in fear. I'm working 6 days a week. If I could I'd probably be working 7 because I just found out yesterday one of our other guys is out with it. We just got the news last week that another guy won't be coming back. He survived, but he's not expecting to be able to work again for several months. The new guy, I don't expect to survive. He's a poster child for pre-existing conditions and his wife is just as bad.

The strategy these days for the left since March. Put out a death estimate, wait 2-3 weeks. Add xx,000 to the previous number, add 1-2 months and repeat. In March it was 100,000 deaths by May, then 120,000 by June, then 150,000 by August, and now the most recent one yesterday was 208,000 by November.
